When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. "Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was beautifully presented with a great choice of cereals, fruit salad, meats, cheeses, eggs/tomatoes with mozzarella etc, cakes … a veritable feast. Bathroom toiletries were really good even for sensitive skin. Towels could have been nicer, but overall a lovely and quiet place to stay, with short walk to main line station and Rick’s Cafe where there are amazing staff and drinks! Would highly recommend and definitely go back."

"The staff really make this a wonderful property to visit. Everyone was so helpful and kind. No real shuttle service from the airport, and taxi was quite pricey.
