Very friendly personal, they also allowed us to check-in ahead of time, which was a great help. Breakfast and restaurant service excellent. The tram runs a few meters from the hotel. "It was good but electric outlet did not work in bathroom, so was not able to use curling iron. Need more outlets near the bed for phone charging. Desk staff excellent"

"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure.
