"It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. The Hotel is located in the centre of town, about 20 minutes down the street from the sea. Apart from that, polite service, rich breakfasts, restaurant and cafe in the hotel. "

"I did not realise that there are two hotels joined together here Marine and Ultra Marine. We were able to visit a bedroom in the Marine and the decor and furnishings were much better. Many balcony , if not all, faced north so no sun at all."
