"Um ar condicionado fez falta. Recepção boa porém confusa com hóspedes estrangeiros. O café da manhã é muito ruim, saímos com fome nas duas diárias e as meninas que trabalham lá são mau humoradas e grosseiras. Estacionamento limitado e tem que dar a volta no quarteirão para estacionar. Falta uma geladeira (frigobar) no quarto. O lugar é bonito e o jardim é bem cuidado. "

"Our stay was quite disappointing, to the point I felt I was ripped off. To start with, as I was booking, all the information including photos indicated a room with a view to the river.....not only did we NOT get a view to the river, our bedroom window on the ground floor (right next to the office of the concierge/front desk) had a view to a filthy storage area that had the exit air tube of the dryer machine hit directly to our window. "We really enjoyed the hotel as it was in an excellent location. Staff are painting and fixing up a number of the rooms and after a somewhat last hotel letdown we were a little apprehensive on arrival. Like many of the guest houses here they looksomewhattired from the outside but the staff, friendliness of other tenants and access to the kitchen and fridge made the stay very pleasant."
