"A lovely, comfortable and well equipped property in a quiet hilltop village with stunning views all round. We enjoyed the pool, especially the kids. It was a difficult to find the property on arrival despite the instructions provided, these could have more detailed and an accompanying map would have been helpful.We ended up parking our car in the village for the week as the narrow and steep road up to the property was challenging."

"We had a fabulous few days at Sonia’s place. It was exactly as described with a fantastic pool and brilliant location very close to the beautiful Pietrasanta. The access road was very steep and windy as described but that meant that the views were incredible!"

"It's a long drive up winding hills, but once you arrive in Sassi, you can forget about all your worries, sit back and relax. The main farmhouse and the cottage are both well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool was a godsend on especially hot days, especially for the children, who spent hours playing Marco Polo and other water games well into the evening. Elisa provided great directions and restaurant suggestions and was very helpful but also left you alone to enjoy the place. There were 8 of us that could easily stay in the main villa and upstairs.
