"The property was perfect for us with lots of room to spread out. Quiet but close to town with amazing sunsets. We stayed up late every night and didn't have to worry about keeping others awake. We never lost hot water even with eight people. Lovely place, will got back next time!! Thank you!!"

"This is a true gem in Kansas and such a fun and unique place to stay. We loved our time here at the cottage and on the farm. The owners thought of everything in the cottage from the decor, the supplies, the outdoor games, grill, and all the furnishings. The store was so cool to visit in the morning and then to walk around the farm a little. Seeing the cows was great and being welcomed by all the sweet farm cats. You will love your stay here and it's worth every penny!"

"The family and the dogs were all super comfy and the space is perfect! Much better than a hotel and even though it rained all weekend the house with the back screened in area was relaxing and perfect! Will stay again and was right down the road from the fairgrounds. Very convenient! "
