Everything was fine except the housekeeping. I stayed a total of 5 days and my room was not cleaned on one of those days. When I notified the front desk the African American guy didn’t even apologize. He looked at me like what more did I want.Besides that, Angel went above and beyond to correct the situation. She is the reason I did not rate this low.

Location was close to our destination. 304's bathroom had some damage in it and a misplaced dirty towel. 306's television didn't work with the remote till Brandon fixed it. His efforts are appreciated. The breakfast staff were great.👍.

Got in late from flight delay. Check in person was ready to leave for the night and reminded me I was his last check in of the shift. I asked for a late check out (if possible) but was informed very quickly to call the front desk 1st thing in the morning to ask for it. He wasn’t willing to inquire at time of late check in.

No enough bath towels( only two) the room was for four people. Light bulbs missing or not working. Breakfast wasn’t fresh coffee tasted horrible and I asked for half and half milk and they don’t have it. Staff need to be more professional and always be available on the front desk other than waiting for someone to come out to help you.
