wonderful!
my friend and I had an amazing stay at this property - although the location is a little out of the way of the main drag, the walk into town is gorgeous. And the place was adorable with everything you would need! The host was very prompt with their response anytime I had a question, and their instructions on how to get there from the airport/use age of appliances was well thought out and detailed. Could not recommend enough!

This place was ridiculously old, dirty, and dusty, especially the kitchen area. Most appliances were not cleaned (a lot of stains) and the kitchen counter tops were sticky dirty. When we checked in, the bed was not ready. We had to put the bed sheet, the pillow sheets and the converter sheet ourselves. There is no mosquitos window net, so we could not leave the windows opened. When we were checking out, the manager asked us to take all the sheets out, because it would help her less work for herself she said. This is the first place that we were asked to do such a chores by the property manager. We cannot believe this kind of place is out for the business.

My two friends and I are studying abroad in Paris for the semester but wanted to explore outside of the city. This was a stunning location so close to the water and an easy walk to anywhere wanted. We appreciated how safe and clean this house was!

Beautiful location; numerous problems not always resolved
We stayed here for over two weeks and liked the apartment. Manager was very responsive to problems, such as keys that did not work, microwave that did not work, washing machine that did not work. These problems were fixed right away. However, each time the Wifi failed, she said it was due to a switch upstairs and she would alert the tenants there, but the next day there would again be no network connection. We experienced many frustrating hours and days where there was no Internet available. We would definitely recommend this apartment and return ourselves if this router/modem situation were addressed and fixed.

Charmant apartement, maar nogal wat mankementjes.
Gunstig gelegen aan de oostkant van de haven, iets van de weg af maar vlakbij strandjes. Naar centrum toch wel half uur open. Halletje, slaapkame, aparte wc, badkamer met wastafel en douche, kleine keuken met wasmachine en el. fornuis en oven. Eetkamer en zitkamer met slaapsofa. Afstandsbediening tv kapot (alleen Franase zenders); afzuigkap keuken kapot; bedieningsknop oven kapot; wc spoelde slecht door. In de zitkamer maar 1 gemakkelijke stoel; in de eetkamer alleen maar harde, ongemakkelijke stoelen. Veel geluidsoverlast van bovenburen (RB&B), steeds andere mensen, gestommel, geschuif met meubels, huilende baby; spugende gasten. Net voor het pand op straat was een hangplek voor jongeren, 's avonds en 's nachts (veel geschreeuw en gelach). Op sommige dagen lag het appartement in de aanvliegroute van het vliegveld. Dan kwam er van 's morgens vroeg tot 's avonds laat met veel geraas elke paar minuten een vliegtuig laag over scheren. Vriendelijke hostess, reageerde snel, maar loste geen van de mankementen op

Perfekte Lage
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat eine tolle Lage. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen und die Anbindung sind toll. Frisches Gemüse, Bäcker Supermarkt alles schnell zu erreichen. Am Puls der Stadt und doch ein ruhiges Fleckchen. Immer gerne wieder.

Pfingstferien in Nizza
Uns hat die Ferienwohnung super gefallen. Baujahr ca 1850, renoviert, aber trotzdem wurde der Charme erhalten. Aussicht vom Esszimmer auf dem Hafen, wo es jeden Tag etwas anderes zu sehen gab. Komplett ausgestattet, sogar eine Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach waren vorhanden. Wäsche könnte im abgeschlossenen Garten aufgehängt werden. Parkplatz im Innenhof (gegen Gebühr). Max 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand La Reserve. Sehr gut erreichbar mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Kleine Fähre im Hafen zum übersetzen. Einzige zwei Nachteile: Die viele Treppenstufen zur Wohnung und die kleine Betten. Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit
