Located on a plot of 2400m2 totally fenced, this villa built in 2021 offers you a furnished outdoor area (6-person dining table, gas barbeque, garden furniture), a swimming pool for you alone and which preserves your privacy, private parking. You will enjoy a quiet environment while being 20 minutes from Nice and its beaches, 20 minutes from the Principality of Monaco and about 45 minutes from Mercantour Park.

The accommodation includes 3 bedrooms (maximum 6 people):

2 bedrooms with 160X200 bed and 1 bedroom with bunk beds 90X190

Linen provided (sheets, towels, napkins)

Equipped kitchen: Oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, induction hob, refrigerator and freezer.

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus in den Bergen
Eine wunderschönes und modernes Haus mit einem herrlichen Pool, ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der jederzeit ansprechbar ist. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil, dafür hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf die Berge und ist für sich alleine.

Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben, sehr sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Top Weber Grill. Luc ist sehr nett, hat bei der Übergabe alles sehr gut erklärt und war jederzeit erreichbar, trotzdem sehr diskret.

Super maison de vacances bien située et dans un cadre magnifique. Propriétaire aux petits soins. Points d'amélioration : 1. Un plus grand parasol pour la terrasse 2. Un meilleur revêtement de la terrasse (et éventuellement autour de la piscine) 3. Les abords pourraient être améliorés (mauvaises herbes hautes).

Das Haus wurde uns bei Ankunft vom Gastgeber persönlich übergeben. Es war sehr sauber, aufgeräumt und auf unsere Ankunft vorbereitet. Die Ausstattung ist für einen Urlaub sehr gut, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Weber Gasgrill genügt höchsten Ansprüchen. Das Haus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Wohngegend. Der Gastgeber Luc ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Bei der Ankunft warteten kleine Aufmerksamkeiten auf uns, eine Flasche kühler Rosé, Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine und etwas fürs erste Frühstück, Utensilien fürs Bad wie im Hotel. Wir (Tochter mit Partner und Freunden) haben eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht und können Luc und sein Haus jedem nur empfehlen. Danke für alles!

Ein absoluter Ruhepol
Wir waren für 3 Wochen in der Unterkunft von Luc. Wir sind rundum begeistert, es hat alles von Anfang bis Ende gepasst. Wir würden es empfehlen mit dem Auto anzureisen, da es zu der Unterkunft steil bergauf geht. Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden und haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist komplikationslos. Unser absolutes Highlight ist die Berglage, die ein wunderschönes Panorama über die Landschaft bietet und natürlich nicht zu vergessen der private und wirklich ausreichend große Pool. Es gibt im Dorf ein Bahnhof, jedoch fährt dieser Zug zwar schnell nach Nizza aber leider nicht besonders oft. Wir haben dagegen gute Erfahrung mit dem P+R in Nizza gemacht und haben alle Unternehmungen in die anderen Städte vom Bahnhof Nizza gestartet. Wir hatten insgesamt eine unvergessliche Zeit und würden wieder kommen!

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche in der Villa und es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen. Luc ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber der jederzeit erreichbar ist. Als uns eine Liege kaputt gegangen ist wurde diese direkt am nächsten Tag ausgetauscht. Besser kann der Service nicht sein! Die Lage des Hauses ist super, man ist in innerhalb von ein paar Minuten in Nizza oder Monaco und selbst Cannes ist nicht weit. Ein sehr großer Supermarkt ist auch nur ein paar Fahrminuten entfernt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist modern und gepflegt. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und teilweise auch tief genug für Erwachsene. Der Urlaub war dementsprechend sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Belle villa confortable avec piscine avec une belle vue bien située et un propriétaire très sympathique ! Nous avons pu visiter les alentours, Nice St laurent du var … Monaco pas loin de l’Italie avec du très beau temps . Et baignades à gogo dans la piscine . Bons restos aussi et nous avons pu faire du bateau. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances ! A refaire !

Sensationelle Villa
Wir hatten als 6-köpfige Familie eine unvergessliche Woche im Haus von Luc. Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich nett, reagiert sofort auf alle Anfragen und sorgt dafür, dass man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen kann! Das Haus liegt fantastisch: Wenige Fahrminuten von Nizza, Monaco etc. entfernt, am Berg gelegen mit grandioser Aussicht auf der die Berge, absolut ruhige Lage....einfach phantastisch! Das Haus ist super und total modern ausgestattet, ist klimatisiert und hat einen wunderschönen und großen Pool. Fazit: Wer mit der Familie oder Freunden eine wirklich hochwertige und komfortable Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Nizza sucht, der sollte sich dieses Haus nicht entgehen lassen. Lieber Luc, nochmals vielen Dank für diese traumhafte Woche!

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Wir haben mit 3 Kindern im Teenageralter und unserem Familienhund unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht und sind mit der Unterkunft und unserem Gastgeber äußerst zufrieden. Alles war so vorgefunden, wie beschrieben und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns am Ankunftstag mit Frühstück und Wein willkommen geheißen. Das große Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt, so dass wir unseren Hund frei laufen lassen konnten. Der Pool ist super und nocheinmal zusätzlich umzäunt, so dass man sich um Hund und kleinere Kinder nicht sorgen muss. Insgesamt ein tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Lage. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten von Nizza und Umgebung ebenfalls. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und bedanken uns noch einmal bei unserem Gastgeber.

Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La villa est récente, propre, confortable, fonctionnelle, bien équipée et au calme. La piscine est superbe, bien exposée et sécurisée. Mes enfants de 3 et 1 ans ont adoré s'y baigner surtout avec la petite plage qui est un plus pour eux. Hôte accueillant et très sympathique, merci pour les délicates attentions pour notre arrivée. Un grand merci aussi d'avoir accepté les 3 petits chiens dans la villa car beaucoup de refus. Les photos correspondent bien à la location et nous recommandons cet hébergement.

Merci pour l'accueil. Luc a pensé à tout pour que nous n'ayions plus qu'à profiter de nos vacances. La maison est bien conçue. Nous avons pu profiter du barbecue et du coin piscine. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région. Notre fille de 4,5 ans ne voulait plus repartir. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Wir hatten wundervolle zwei Wochen in Drap, das Haus ist modern und hat jeden Komfort. Der Pool ist fantastisch. Uns wäre lieber, dieser Ort bliebe ein Geheimtipp, die Wahrheit ist aber, wir hatten dort einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Blick auf die Berge und in 20 - 30 Minuten ist man an jedem Strand der Umgebung. Top!!!!

Wir wurden von Catherine und Luc herzlich in Empfang genommen und ausführlich eingewiesen. Ein Willkommenspaket mit leckerem Wein, Marmelade und anderen Köstlichkeiten hatten unsere Gastgeber für uns bereit gestellt. In diesem fast neuen Haus fehlte es an nichts und die Zimmeraufteilung war für uns optimal. Wir haben super Tage am privaten Pool verbracht, mit herzlichem Blick in die Berge. Nizza, Cannes und Monaco erreicht man innerhalb eine halben Stunde, also für uns optimal. Rundum ein schöner, gelungener Urlaub. Ach ja, unser Hund war herzlich willkommen!!!!! Wir kommen wieder… danke sehr 😍
