located in the coastal strip "HIPPODROME DE LA COTE D 'AZUR" "CROS DE CAGNES", we selected a studio "LA PETITE PLAGE", designated by the owner, creator of modern contemporary art, 50 M from the seaside , very beautiful sea view, air-conditioned, south exposure, on the 1st floor of a luxury residence with lift whose characteristics are as follows: 30 m2, balcony 11m2, ideal for 1,2,3 people.
OUR FAVORITE: very nice services and traditional welcome from the owners.

Small but functional
Very close to beach. Room was quiet and private. Host was friendly and helpful. One star was deducted from "communications" because he did not respond to our texts on the day of arrival until one hour after we showed up despite earlier warnings from us about our expected arrival time.

6 STAR PROPERTY AND OWNER
This property was perfect for our stay along the French Riviera! Daniel and Fred were amazing hosts. The property was exactly as pictured, clean and well suited for 2 people. Daniel and Fred met us upon arrival and provided a great welcome. Easy to maneuver without a car. Train station is about a 10 minute walk and buses run along the coastal road. Restaurants and grocery stores within easy walking distance. 5 stars seems like not enough for such an awesome place and such awesome owners.

Amazing kindness when we had to cancel
We had a medical issue and ended up not being able to stay there after all at the last last minute. The owner went out of his way to be kind and Canceled all the charges, I felt so bad about having to change our plans as well as potentially having to pay for the fees dł The email communication was very supportive and I felt blessed by his thoughtfulness. I would definitely stay at this place if we are back in the area.

Très bien et propre
Bel accueil, propreté des lieux et situation géographique. Malheureusement, bruit dans l’immeuble et dans la rue (voisins et travaux) et pas d’eau chaude momentanément dans l’édifice pour plusieurs jours.

Wir waren 12 Tage in Cagne sur Mer und in der Wohnung war alles was wir für den Aufenthalt benötigten. Ob Sonnenschirm, induktions Kochfeld, Waschmaschine, nespresso Maschine, Frühstück mit blick aufs Meer, alles war da. Wir hatten einen Super netten Kontakt mit Daniel dem Vermieter. Un logement très agréable
C'est avec grand plaisir que nous reviendrons dans la région mais surtout dans ce logement. Conforme à l'annonce. On s'y sent comme chez soi, ce studio est baigné de lumière, très bien équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, proche des commerces de proximité. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans le studio "la petite plage". Ce studio correspond parfaitement avec les photos. Le studio est bien equipé et charmant. Nous sommes allés sur la Cote d'Azur plusieurs reprises et finalement nous avons trouvé un petit appartement qui correspond complètement avec le niveau scandinave concernant la propreté et équipement. Comfortable spacious (bigger than expected!) studio, ideal location for beach, restaurants & shops.
My thanks to Daniel for a very pleasant stay! He is a very attentive host who was happy to put himself out to deal with all my needs. Good to arrive on a self-catering holiday & not have to go shopping immediately for coffee, tea, salt, & pepper! The apartment itself is superbly located, and is bigger than the usual studio, with a proper separate bed that stows away into a wall cupboard - much easier than the ‘clic-clac’ variety. And if you feel too lazy to stow the bed, there is still plenty of living/cooking space & an ‘all day sunshine’ balcony. At first I was slightly concerned about living in an apartment block with neighbours above, below, & adjacent, but only one brief occasion did I hear any loud noises (half an hour of drilling – I just went onto the balcony!). I have tried to think of something bad to say, but all I can think of is, Daniel, you need to buy a couple more teaspoons!
