Sunny bright 180 m² apartment, 2 master bedrooms in the center of Nice, super quiet, overlooking a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The fact has a modern open kitchen, high ceilings, hard-wood floors, double-glazed windows, reversible air conditioning in all rooms, & everything you need for a great stay.

- First master bdrm: King size bed/bath & shower/WC
- Second master: King size bed, shower/ WC.
- Third bed: living room, queen size sofa bed

The neighborhood is superb. Just a few minutes' walk from Place Masséna, the beaches, the golden quarter old quarter, the Promenade des Anglais, the Castle, Nice Étoile, and the Promenade du Paillon with its gorgeous fountains & gardens. The cinemas, theaters, restaurants, bars, shops, markets, museums, and galleries are also within walking distance. The buses/train station for traveling along the Riviera, is a 7 min walk north on Jean Médecin ave, or one tram stop away. The tram is 30 minute to and from the airport.

Arrival at the airport: The tram is right outside the airport exit, 30 minutes to my stop, Jean Médecin.

Car parking in Nice:
Park at the Nice Étoile parking lot. There are daily and weekly rates. Take a ticket at the distributor upon entering, go directly to the office, pay for the number of days you need! This ticket allows you to come and go from the parking lot as you please.

Spacious apartment in great location.
We enjoyed our stay in this large apartment in the centre of Nice. The location of the property was perfect, just a short walk to Place Massena, Promenade du Paillon and the beach. Also very close to Jean Medecin tram station to get anywhere else in the city. The apartment itself was clean, well furnished and and had all of the ammeneties and equipment we needed to cook family meals. It was also full of beutiful art! Luisa and her husband were great hosts, checking that we had everything we needed on arrival but leaving us to enjoy the space in private. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

By far the best vacation rental I have ever stayed at, anywhere in the world. So spacious, clean and immaculate decor. Nathalie was so helpful and communication was easy. She let us drop our luggage early and showed us around the place. Felt like a very personalized experience. We enjoyed the space so much we actually spent a couple evenings in the apartment instead of going out, something I have never done on a trip before. Very easy to get to/from the airport by tram (3 minute walk to the station) and less than 15 minute walk to Nice-Ville station making it very easy to take day trips anywhere.

For Once--An Honest Listing AND a Fabulous Value
When traveling a half a world away to a place you've never been before, there is always some anxiety around finding "just the right place" for you and family to call your home away from home. If you are thinking about Nice, then look no further because THIS IS THE PLACE First, I'll tell you that its one of only two places I've ever booked where it looked as good or better in person than it did in the listings (the other place was in Lake Tahoe). Its in a nice quiet neighborhood that's walking distance to everywhere and everything in Nice or you can take the tram which is only a block away. The exterior of the building is almost like camaflouge vs luxe the interior accommodations...almost stealthy in the way it doesnt beg for attention but when you walk into the apartment you will defintely get that "WOW!" factor. More important than all of the above, the owner really cares which is evidenced in her thoughtful communications prior to your arrival and by ensuring you are greeted upon arrival, then as you settle in you keep noticing one extra touch after another...the appliances are high end, the pots and pans and culinary tools really are nice, as is the espresso maker and the tins of coffee, spices, treats and amenities. All thoughtfully provided. We were there for 4 days out of a 14 day trip to France (Normandy-Paris-Nice) and this VRBO was definitely in a class by itself. There was a glitch with one of the AC units but we need it as the weather was perfect in Nice.

Perfect stay in the heart of nice!
We had a wonderful week at this beautiful and well located apartment. Plenty of space to hang out and a great kitchen to cook meals. Fully stocked with all you might need, including laundry and beach towels and a little cart to do groceries. Phillipe was attentive and gave us a great tour of the apartment and Louisa’s recommendations for restaurants were perfect.

The perfect place to stay in Nice
This gorgeous apartment became our home for a week. The location is walking distance from everything, the home is appointed with beautiful art and comfortable furnishings and the hosts are super helpful and friendly. Hopefully we are able to return to Nice some day so we can stay here again.

We loved our stay in Luisa’s beautiful, spotless, and comfortable apartment, which is on a quiet street yet close to the old part of the city and the promenade. Luisa could not have been easier to deal with. She helped us so much at check in and check out. We loved coming home to this serene, artfully decorated space after a day of seeing the sights of Nice and the nearby Riviera towns

Perfection in the center of Nice
What a proper positive French stay in a beautiful Apartment...... It was just what my family needed. A very central location close to all transportation and very close to beaches . Some highlights.....beds, art, lovely linens, great modern kitchen. and a very helpful host-Luisa to share secret places in her town. The A/C was cold and very much a plus. I love France and it had been a good minute since my last visit. Nice is a bustling fun city and such a great place to discover all the magical cities in the south of France. Luisa's home is more than one could hope for.... Hope I get to return someday.

Great pied-à-terre in Nice
Excellent location for exploring Nice. Just two blocks from Jean Medicin trams and bus stops and easy walking throughout the center of Nice. Spacious, comfortable apartment with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Luisa was very responsive and helpful. Second bedroom toilet not en suite, but still convenient. Would recommend for two couples or a family.

Spacious and well located
This apartment is very big with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining area as well as a large lounge room. The apartment has been recently renovated with new kitchen appliances and refitted bathrooms. There is also a new clothes washer and dryer. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided from crockery, cutlery, glasses, utensils and pots and pans, as well as many food and cooking oils and spices, tea and coffee. The apartment is located just a short walk from the main shopping street in central Nice with tram stops and a shopping mall within easy reach. Luisa was very helpful in providing advice to make our holiday memorable. We had a very pleasant stay in Nice and would highly recommend this apartment for 2 couples or a family.

Huge, gracious spaces--great room PLUS living room, wonderfully furnished by a working artist. The host, Lisa, a 37-year expat from New York, was a treat. I didn't read the instruction not to put coffee grounds down the sink drain and it back up. She was very gracious about it, saying that it was old plumbing. BTW, the coffee maker was a DeLonghi expresso maker--cappuccino as good as it gets. Drenching shower head. Location, location, location--ten minute walk to Saleya/Old Town or the beach. Lisa provides the necessary beach shoes. Don't even think of walking on the cobbled beach without them. Two blocks from the tram. A block from the main shopping drag. 3 blocks from the boutique district. 3 blocks from the pedestrian mall, loaded with restaurants. Pro tip: always walk into a pharmacy to ask for nearby dining recommendations. A superbly-stocked Monoprix two blocks away opens at 7am with all you need for breakfast--breads, pastries, cheese shop, orange juice squeezed before your very eyes. My wife was getting a cold so we bought a "yellow" chicken and made a delicious broth that she had every morning. So much better than USAmerican chicken--even organic, air-cooled chicken. Voila! No safe, but very secure front door lock. It was one floor walk up, what Europeans call the first floor and what USAmericans call the second. We felt very secure. Great a/c with room-by-room regulation. BTW, we rented a car for the week and parked it nearby for $150 a week. If we were to do it again, we would skip the car and use public transportation to Monaco, Antibes, Cannes, etc. Driving isn't fun in France, very narrow streets. If you want to go to more remote places like Grasse or Eze you could rent a car for just a day or take a tour. We paid twice as much for half the space in Paris. Just rent this place and don't even bother to thank me for guiding you to it, tsk. Thank you, Lisa, for a glorious visit!

Amazing stay in Nice!
Our family had a wonderful stay in Nice. Luisa’s appartement was perfect for our family of four. It is close to the beach, trains, buses, trams, shopping and amazing restaurants. The beds were very comfortable and we really appreciated the air conditioning. Luisa and her husband were wonderful hosts and we hope to be back one day!

Absolutely wonderful apartment and host
We thoroughly enjoyed our nearly three week stay at Luisa’s beautiful and very spacious apartment, surrounded by her gorgeous objets de art. The apartment is wonderfully located and within walking distance from the beach, grocery shops, best shopping centers, main train station, tram station and bus stops - super convenient to explore the best of Nice and its surrounding neighborhoods. And Luisa could not have been a kinder, more accommodating, or more responsive and attentive host. From letting us in at 1am when our flight was delayed, to sending us summer camp links for our 9 year old ans helping us with various ad hoc requests, Luisa was so generous with her time, despite being extremely busy preparing for art shows. Would highly, highly recommend!

Stunning, unique and so spacious!
Our experience was just amazing. The apartment was immaculate, completely equipped, beautifully decorated, and artistically and tastefully arranged. The location was ideal; steps from everything, including the trams and buses! Cooking in the large kitchen was a joy. We had the privilege of meeting our host, and were so thankful that her assistant was able to meet us so late in the evening after a delayed flight. You know when you see the advertised pictures and you take them with a grain of salt? Luisa’s home was the complete opposite. It is even better than the description and pictures that you see! .

Outstanding Stay in Nice
The property is clean, spacious, lovely, and very comfortable. Luisa is a marvelous host and will help you with any details. She helped with parking, ideas of places to visit and restaurants and general questions. She has all the cooking supplies for the flat and she supplies towels for the beach. The air conditioning is an amazing bonus. The location is marvelous as is a short walk to all restaurants, stores, tourist sights, and the beach. It is a perfect location for all activities. We traveled to Cannes for a day and took the ferry to St Marguerite and had a lovely day. We traveled to Valensole and enjoyed the beauty of the lavender fields and the stops along the mountains side in Castellane (eat at Cote Fontaine) as well as along the Gorge. The trip to the Lavender fields (done in June-Aug) is longer but my wife loved it as did I. Monaco was fabulous and clean the sights are beautiful. The restaurant Maya Bay was amazing. If traveling to Monaco a must stop is Castle Eze. Quaint and refined with gorgeous views. Would strongly recommend water shoes since the beach is filled with smooth rocks. Still great to swim and relax. The French Riviera is an amazing place to visit and Luisa's Flat is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the wonderful sights. Would definitely return to stay there in the future.

Communication with Luisa was excellent throughout, she was friendly, accommodating and courteous. The property met all of our expectations. It is exactly as described, spacious, clean and bright. It's central location (in a good neighbourhood) is ideal for exploring all of the attractions that Nice has to offer and also the many interesting coastal landmarks and villages beyond. We are a family of 4 adults, the property would easily accommodate a family of six. We were very happy in Luisa's apartment. My wife particularly enjoyed looking at the various pieces of artwork on display and reading some of Luisa's artistic books... Thank you Luisa! The Pugh Family.

Fantastic, great location and better than the pictures!!
This is a great place as to apartment space and location. The pictures do not do it justice. Within walking distance of absolutely everything. Stores, groceries and the best ice cream ever at Ceasar's, public transporation, airport, trains, rental bikes..yes cycle to Monaco and take the train back!! We flew into Nice and never missed having a car. There were five of us and there was ample room as the apartment is very spacious and well equipped. The owner is very helpful and welcoming. I would return in a heartbeat!! Thank you Luisa!!

Luisa is a great host! She was very responsive before and during our stay. She had a few items in the fridge for us so we didn't have to go to the market immediately. She had great tips for transportation and ideas for day trips. We arrived around 8pm on a Saturday night, so she offered to make us a dinner reservation that evening so we didn't have to think about where to go. So nice! The apartment is a great space in a great location, not so close to the train station to be in a seedy area, but close enough to walk there in about 15 minutes. Old town Nice is also only about a 10 minute walk. Bus and tram are very close, too. Great bakery and two grocery stores within a 3-5 minute walk. If you rent a car, Luisa can give you advice on where to park really nearby. The place was really clean and had comfortable beds for all 4 of us. Lots of cool artwork (paintings and sculptures) throughout. Washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher were super convenient to have. Luisa even had beach towels for us to use, plus lots of shampoo, conditioner, and soap samples for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental.
