it is a 5th and last floor of a beautiful building, facing west on a very large open yard and quiet. the apartment is a T2 of 35 m2 has recently been renovated, it is composed of an entrance that distributes all independent of each other parts: bedroom with large closet; shower room with comfortable corner shower; fully equipped kitchen (washing machines laundry machine, dishwasher, halogen hob, microwave, freezer, pressure cooker, blender, coffee maker, toaster, kettle etc ...); living room with TV, wireless internet; beddings are quality (hotel sofa in the living room).
We provide linens to make your holidays: sheets, towels, tea towels.

Lovely apartment near the Old Town
A nice apartment on the fifth floor with an elevator. Comfortable, well-equipped, easy walking distance to main attractions. Ava was a proactive communicator, met us at the apartment and explained everything very well. We recommend this apartment.

Quiet location easy walking distance to OldTown
Ava was extremely helpful meeting us and making sure everything was set up for us. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, has an elevator, is a 3 minute walk to the grocery store, and is convenient to buses that serve the train station and other parts of town. It is about a 7 minute walk to Old Town and all the restaurants there. FYI. There is no air conditioning.

Emplacement incroyable
Moins de 5 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, de la place Masséna et de la place Garibaldi. Moins de 10 minutes à pied de la mer et de la promenade des anglais et du centre ville. Joli 2 pièces avec une grande cuisine et une douche très agréable. Très beaux musées Chagall, Matisse, Masséna, beaux arts. Très belle promenade au mont Boron où on a trouvé de la fraîcheur. Appartement sympa dans un bel immeuble. Avec commerces à proximité.

Petit appartement très agréable
Bien placé, calme : vue sur l'arrière de plusieurs immeubles, pas de bruits de voitures, pas de problème de voisinage. Très lumineux. Juste une petite erreur dans l'annonce, il n'y a pas de sèche-linge. Nous sommes allés nous garer sur une place gratuite dans le quartier de Cimiez, à 15 min à pied. Un très bon séjour!

Tolle Lage, alles da was man braucht, aber auch alles sehr abgenutzt und teilweise in fragwürdigem Zustand. Das bett und das Schlafsofa sind schon seeehr wackelig, richtige Bettwäsche gibt es nicht. Da wir nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da waren, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Sehr nette und hilfreiche Vermieterin.
