Spacious apartment in the heart of Nice
We had a great time at his property. It is spacious and well equipped and central to many activities in Nice. The property was clean and check-in was easy. Parking is just around the corner.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
Such a treat to stay here with my family during our time in Nice :) Wonderful, spacious apartment. Many morning coffees and evening glasses of wine were enjoyed on the lovely balcony. Great, central location. Thank you!

Best Location!
Beautiful apartment in a great location. We stayed 7 nights and could not have been happier with this apartment. It is on the edge of Old Town and walking distance to the beach as well as the train station. We took the train to visit Antibes and Eze which were both wonderful. I highly recommend this apartment.

The location was wonderful but the apartment itself was spacious and beautiful. Felt like an oasis once entering. Enough space for all of us. Perfect for a family. Will definitely be returning.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectation. We were met at the apartment for check-in and were shown the apartment and given everything we needed. It was nice knowing someone local was there in case there was an issue, but there was not. Everything was perfect. The apartment is stunning, the location is phenomenal and we had an amazing holiday. We will definitely be back!

Outstanding location
This is a real find. The location and size of the apartment were spectacular. The kitchen is high end but you won’t want to cook because there are dozens of outstanding restaurants within walking distance. The beach is two blocks and the apartment has plenty of towels and beach blankets to use.

Great Location. Awesome Space.
The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Beds are very nice. A/C in every room makes it very comfortable. Furnishings are top of the line. Location at Place Massena is close to the water and vieux Nice. Parking space is close by and easy to access. Nathalie and Patrick are very responsive and great to work with.

Amazing apartment and location
I don't think you will find a better apartment or location in Nice. With the balcony doors open, the sun flooding in, and just the right amount of atmosphere from the street, this is a perfect apartment to relax and enjoy Nice. It's right in the centre so easy to get to and easy to go anywhere. The apartment was very clean, we were met by the housekeeping who was welcoming and friendly. The apartment is huge and filled with beautiful artwork and furnishings.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. Great location, beautifully decorated, well stock, very clean and comfy. We had such a great time. We are a family of five. Our children are adults so the twin beds were a bit small for the two that shared that bedroom but they would be fine for children. Our master bedroom was very comfortable. The apartment is very modern with window covers that black out all the light. Perfect location in the heart of Nice for sightseeing. It was really fun to ring the New Year from our balcony. Place Masséna was fantastic and fun. Old Nice is just a few blocks away. Patrick, the owner, was very responsive to my emails and very kind. The apartment was decorated for Christmas and this made us feel at home. I recommend this place 100%.

Wonderful apartment
This is really a great apartment right in the heart of everything going on in Nice. We spent Christmas 2018 there with our four kids. There was room for everyone. The kitchen is large, clean and well-stocked. We really appreciated the washing machine and dryer. The kids appreciated the Netflix. Galleries Lafayette is right next door! The Christmas Market is across the square (in the middle of the picture above). A large Carrefour is 5 blocks away, and a small one is right under the apartment. Short walk to the Old Town where may restaurants are, but no walk at all to the main shopping drag. Two cautions: the parking space is small if you have a large car, and it takes some driving skill to get it in there. (But if you need a spot, there aren't many apartments that offer one at all...) Also, take your time with your contact understanding how the temperature controls work--we figured it out, but they are not intuitive. All-in-all, one of the very best rental apartments we have ever had. My wife is now talking about going back to Nice just to stay in this place!

Fantastic location! Huge apartment!
Our stay at this property was wonderful. Perfectly situated in Messena Plaza, with a balcony we really enjoyed sitting on and people watching across the whole plaza! Easy access to Old Nice with terrific restaurants. Apartment was very spacious and clean. A fantastic visit!

This apartment is exactly as advertised. Really amazing location, fun and attractive decor, immaculately clean, and most importantly to us Americans ;) , the AC is amazing! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the crowds and street performers at night. Would definitely stay at Massena Dream again if we return to Nice!

The property is beautiful, large and very clean. The owner, Patrick, and property manager, Nadjat, were very responsive and helpful for helping us plan our trip.
