Lovely pool but flat could benefit from renovation
Nice apartment complex, a few minutes walk from the beach and a good 15 minutes from restaurants. Both bedrooms face the busy road and you must know there really is no shower, only a rather old bath tub. The internet never worked for us. The balcony is facing the pool and the sea and there is a large tree right in front. The balcony door handle is broken. In general, the flat does not seem to have been updated in quite a while. Instructions had the cab driver drive in a circle until it was clarified that it is the same house as Pierre & Vacances which every cab driver seems to recognize.

POSIZIONE e VISTA SPLENDIDE
Il residence e l'appartamento sono in una posizione splendida con terrazzino vista mare molto bella. Il residence e la piscina sono curati, l'appartamento è piccolo, va bene per 4 persone. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di poter portare il nostro cane insieme a noi. Ha un arredamento datato (da rifare assolutamente la vasca!!) e la pulizia non è il massimo. Le forniture e gli elettrodomestici sono completi e funzionanti. Molto comodo il parcheggio auto gratuito del residence. Nel complesso giudizio positivo, ci tornerei.

poor communication and apartment needs some work
Poor communication - owner advised they would we waiting for us. Didn’t show and didn’t answer SMS, phone call or email. VRBO helpline managed to contact her and she told us how to access the keys - not a great start to the holiday. Apartment has everything you need but a bit dated and needs some maintenance - 8 broken floor tiles in the living area and the bathroom suite needs replaced.

Explore the Côté D’Azur
A perfect location to experience all of what the Côte D’azur has to offer. A small apartment with adequate facilities. The views from the apartment and pool are breathtaking.

Kleines Apartment mit Pool und tollem Meerblick
Das Apartment hat über den großen Balkon einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und auf den schönen Gemeinschaftspool. Das Apartment ist relativ klein, aber super ausgestattet und gut organisiert. Leider verfügt es über keine Klimaanlage und es war zu heiß, auch nachts gab es keine Abkühlung durch die offenen Fenster (Straßenlärm). Die Lage ist gut und zentral, auch der Parkplatz ist wertvoll. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen.

Everything was as discribed on the site, communication perfect with angiola by mail and what’s happ, she has done everything for us to have a pleasant stay; we recommand this appartement despite some beds are near the entrance and the road between nice and Beaulieu ( a lot of noise) we are already thinking to come back as soon as possible….

Bij aankomst was er niemand aanwezig. Geen instructies gehad waar de sleutel was, en dus een nacht in de auto geslapen. Ik had nog 3x gebeld maar kreeg geen gehoor. De volgende dag heeft een huishoudster geholpen en gebeld en kregen wij de sleutel. Zeer slecht onderhouden appartement, 1 paar handdoeken voor de hele week. Geen stroom op de stopcontacten in de slaapkamer. Het probleem met de sleutel is al vaker voor gekomen. Kortom Zeer slecht

Ferienwohnung mit Highlight Swimmingpool
Grosse, etwas ältere, aber trotzdem charmante Anlage mit guter Aussicht vom Balkon und tollem Swimmingpool für die Kinder. Empfehlenswerte Snackbar beim Pool! Der Strand ist in 10 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, man muss ca. 15 Min. laufen, teilweise entlang der vielbefahrenen Strasse. Oder man nimmt das Auto bzw. den Bus; eine Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe. Absolut positiv: Eingezäunte Parkplätze direkt bei der Anlage. Die sehr laute Strasse hat uns zum Glück nicht gestört. Zweckmässig eingerichtete, etwas in die Jahre gekommene Wohnungseinrichtung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, sogar Ventilatoren waren vorhanden, die wegen der Hitze gebraucht wurden. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die stets sehr schnell geantwortet hat. Insgesamt hatten wir einen phantastischen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nice little apartment with good location
We had an awesome 5-days holiday in this place. There were no A/C and it was quite a lot of noise from the traffic outside the bedrooms when we had the windows open. The owner had given us some fans which we really needed:) We were two adults and three children- we might have to rent something bigger next time. That begin said; We had a great vacation. The apartment has everything you need, and a perfect location. We really loved Villefranche-sur-mer!!!

Amazing location, view and service
What a brilliant place to stay, location is the best between all of this particular area. Great safe parking, great help around he complex and the owner and the families help on site were so wonderfully accomodating of my wife a I and our three young daughters. Pleasant Stay at Villefranche sur Mer
The roomy apartment is on the top floor with a deck overlooking the pool, gardens and sea. There is free fenced parking. It is walking distance to beaches and restaurants. You can arrange to buy fresh croissants and baguettes each morning at reception. We had a very pleasant stay.

excellent location!
We spent 5 days in this location in June. This is one of the best places on the Cote Azur located close to Villefranche - the most beautiful city on the coast. Nice is at only 10 minutes driving. A large sand beach is located at 5 minute walking from the residence (most of the coast in Cote Azur is rocky). Absolutely exciting walk can be done around Cap Ferrat, which is also very close to the residence. For the residents, there is a large parking. The apartment has all necessary facilities for the comfortable life. The only problem is that at the side of the bedroom there is a road with active traffic, which makes noise days and nights.
