The hotel is old and run down. The bath/shower was hazardous to use. The hotel’s redeeming quality is its location. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the room was clean and pleasant with a small balcony. The only problem was that the internet was down for all the time we were there. I understand this happens, but it was a bit frustrating. I would happily stay again.

This property was awesome location, and it had great staff. Amenities were good, rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Loved the area to be sitting outside. All around great place to stay!

Updated property with great room sizes. Véry conveniently located near train station, heart of Nice and ocean. Friendly staff. Billing is a little confusing as they charge you by day starting days before you arrive.

The staff was amazing. 10/10 staff who are super friendly and accommodating. However, the Wifi barely works and the bathrooms in the economy room are not well maintained & pretty old. The TV has only Frech channels and the TV does not connect to any devices. It is okay for a short stay on a budget but wanting to pour out the budget rooms are not suitable for workactions.
