Great little Hotel close to the beach and to the train station. The double room has a nice view and is big enough for 2 people. The nespresso coffee maker in the room is awesome. Thanks for the perfect stay.

Location was perfect, close to the old town, train station and trams. Host was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel Aria was immaculate and we loved everything about our stay. We will definitely come back!

Low key hotel in a quiet neighborhood
This quaint hotel is in a quiet area but still walkable to the more commercial areas (10-20 min walk depending on where in Nice you are going). All the front desk staff I interacted with were so friendly and helpful. The elevator was not working the first half of my stay but was fixed within a few days. I did not take part in the hotel breakfast but the dining room is cute and they supply empty carafes in case you want to take water up to your room. One downside is that the soundproofing between rooms is not great. I was there during the slow season so the hotel wasn't full but I could definitely hear conversations from other rooms.

This is a great mid-range hotel. The building is a little older, but it is decorated with style and character. The rooms are simple, but clean, offering all that you need for a good nights rest. The location is great, being only 5 minutes from the main train station and less than 10 minutes from the beach.

Great hotel - the staff were friendly and helpful; the buffet breakfast full and excellent; the bed very comfortable; and all only a walk from the town centre and the station. The neighbourhood is quiet and feels nicely removed from the busy centre of Nice.
