Location is great but would not recommend working with this host
First I’ll say the pros of this apartment… Location is fantastic! Right across the street from the beach and the tram that runs from the airport into town. The building was easy to get into and everything was in working order. Laurie arrived on time for check in and out. The cons… Upon arrival the host asked for cash for a cleaning fee which was not posted on the listing. And payments outside of VRBO are not allowed. So this seemed very shady to me. The owners of this apartment had stuff everywhere and there was too much clutter. No where to place bags or hang clothes. And the towels provided were stained and smelled old once you used them. And I walked into the kitchen one night to a roach on the counter. The check in check out process has to be in person so you have to coordinate in advance. The host made a damage claim against my card for the “cleaning fee” which I had proof I left the place in perfect order as we received it. Which my credit card was great about returning to me since I had documentation. This apartment has a lot of potential if they decluttered a bit and made it more suitable for guest and followed VRBO rules. This home is suited for the owners but isn’t as welcoming for others to rent.

The description says that there is a parking. There is no parking on the premises. There is an expensive public parking nearby. No arrangement is made between the apparmtent owner and the public parking.

Beautiful old apartment but
Good location for visiting Nice and surrounding area. Perfect for the beach. However the road outside both front and back is very noisy. Also expected 3 bedrooms. Only 1 was a bedroom and sofa beds in the other 2. The single sofa bed was very old and uncomfortable for my 17yr old. Kitchen not very well equipped with crockery or glasses. Lovely old apartment and building just sadly a bit misleading description. It has 1 bedroom and 2 living rooms

Excellent place to stay. Nice location close to stores, beach and public transport. Laurie is very good host. Place is wonderful and I would go again and highly recommend to everybody. We stayed for a week in Jun and enjoyed the place and Nice.

Property was nice and across the beach
The location is great. Just across from the beach and very secure building. Laure (property manager) was there just on time to let us in for an early checking in and let us take out our luggage late at 3:00 p.m. the last day as we had an afternoon flight . The location is close to grocery shopping and several restaurants are nearby. The departure cleaning fee was also reasonable. The property location on the map is accurate.

Espace.
Accès facile et rapide vers le centre grâce au tram. Commerces de proximité. Appartement de bon goût et confortable. Dommage que le 2° salon ne soit pas une vraie chambre. Avec la TV, impossible à l'occupant de cet espace d'en faire une chambre confortable. Aucun espace de rangement non plus pour ce local. Le canapé lit n'est pas des plus confortable. La salle de bain demande une bonne rénovation de la plomberie (WC et ballon d'eau chaude qui coulent.) Concernant la cuisine, elle est bien équipée. Il faudrait juste plus de tasses. Merci à notre hôtesse Laura pour son accueil et sa disponibilité.
