I couldn’t find a parking space to check in. Ridiculous! I drove around town for 2 hrs to find a space to park the car to check in. Nothing. I had to give up my rooms and go somewhere else. Worst part, I called the front office, and the told me they only have space on the street in front of the hotel. Worst place ever. Even worst, Hotels.com still charge my credit card for a room I couldn’t check in.

Great Staff, Great Location
This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and was very happy with the hotel. Very friendly welcome. Room was good and everything I expected. Location is great. Close to everything and at a good price too. Very happy.

Centrally located.
Staff was extremely helpful. Centrally located. Old hotel. Very inexpensive. However, you get what you pay for. It has not been renovated in awhile. Need key to lock yourself in the room. No safe in the room. Nonetheless, everything worked fine. Air conditioner worked well.

Very friendly and helpful staff let us leave luggage til late-night flight and. Use sitting room.and tea machine in the afternoon . Bar under room.6 noisy at night but still. A great place to stay .

Convenient Location
Very convenient location. Older hotel, in central location close to public transport. Excellent staff. Some noise problems with adjacent rooms, street noise a problem but with the windows closed heard nothing, no air conditioning so could be a seasonal problem. Room was clean, bathroom was clean and seemed to be plenty of hot water.

Staff were very nice, but the rooms could use a modern update. The layout of the room wasn't very good, and the towels were rough to the touch.

The best thing about Verdun hotel was its place.
Verdun hotel is located at the heart of the city that you can easily access to the beach and the main streets of the city. As a two star hotel it was okey. I don't know whether it was the same at most of the hotels but since the building was very very old whenever a bus passes over the street it was shaking the building, that was annoying for me.

Great location for the price.
Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the beach, especially for the price. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well.
