Very nice. Aircon did not have a remote. Staff claim it was broke even though it was listed on the advert as all rooms have air con? And room had some wear and tear which should be looked into. Everything else lovely.

We stayed here over a rugby world cup weekend and loved our stay. The hotel is central enough to be an easy walk around the centre, but still quiet inside and well insulated from the city noise. We didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel but ticked all the boxes we needed - a great night's sleep and a decent buffet breakfast!

My room was nice, I was on the 3rd floor corner with a balcony view of the street. The tram stop is within 2min walk. The staff are all nice, James he is the reception when we checkout this morning. The breakfast was included and they are excellent. The cleaner lady after our first day did a good job cleaning the room. I highly recommend this hotel and I will book again in this hotel if I decided to go back in the future.

We had a nice stay.
Our stay at this hotel was good , good location and good breakfast , there is a indigo parking close to the hotel and next to the train station . The only improvement is the heating system that was not controllable which made the lobby and the room very hot so we had to open the window the whole time.

Wonderful staff in an elegant hotel with dark, yet nice rooms. The staff was really something extra, making me feel very much at home. A beautiful medium/small lobby area was a nice relaxation after a day in the city. Beautiful room with dark floors and walls, with a smaller bathroom. I would be happy to return!

Great 3-day getaway to Nice for a couple
This hotel was a great surprice for us. It was much better than expected. Centrally located, we could walk to everything we wanted in Nice. Friendly staff. Not so big, so it was not crowded in the common areas. Wifi was fast in the room too. Great breakfast, a wide variety of choices. Well stocked bathroom and fridge. Very comfy and nice room.

We stayed for 4 nights in a junior suite. The room was clean and comfortable. Despite negative reviews on a well know search engine, we found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful. This included the cheery man at breakfast who spoke to everyone. Speaking of breakfast, the offerings were good and set you up for the day.
