Great Location
We love the location of the property. We are close to everything. Day trips were accessible as we are in the location that they can pick us up. And it's very nice to see the Mediterranean sea as soon as we wake up. It's very lovely to eat outside in the balcony too.

Relaxing 2 months in Nice
We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice 2 bedroom apartment right on the Promenade across from the sea. The condition of the property was a bit old and rundown but the location and the absolutely delightful caring helpful owner made our stay special. She even took me to a dentist when I broke my tooth - and stayed with me! We have no complaints m just great memories!

Little piece of heaven
Bely is the best and we really enjoyed meeting her and staying in her apartment We had to leave two days early because I travel standby with Delta airlines and flights were filling up, so we left early. We cleaned up apartment and left her a thank you note.

Convenient small apartment w/great access to transit
We were very happy with our stay. Nice view of the sea. Keep in mind that the promenade has a steady flow of traffic well into the night. But with a bus stop right out front and a tram just 1 block away you can easily explore anywhere.

When you learn the bus and train you can get anywhere. Good view that was impeded by the scaffolding. However, we were aware and Isabelle compensated us for this inconvenience.

Fabulous view in a roomy comfortable apartment!
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The sunrise and sunsets overlooking the Mediterranean from the balcony were wonderful. The apartment contained everything we needed. Nice having a full kitchen and a washing machine. Elevator to the third floor. Comfortable beds. Isabelle is a great host. She even picked us up at the train station when our train was delayed two hours. Easy to communicate. Highly recommend for your Nice stay. Also bus stop in front of building and tram one block away!

Lovely apartment
This was a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable with all amenities needed for self catering. Isabella was very easy to communicate with and a really pleasant person. It is a little way from Nice old town but on excellent bus and tram routes so very easy to get around with a public transport pass. Also there is a city bike stand opposite if you fancy a change. Highly recommended

Expectations certainly met!
A great place to stay, with Mediterranean directly in front of you. Well furnished, with comfortable beds. All of the necessary conveniences are available (including that unique elevator). Just a block to the tram and the bus drops you off directly in front of the apartment. (we bought the week-long transit pass at the airport and were able to travel throughout the city and to both Monaco and Antibes.) We would certainly book again.

Isabelle is a great host. She went above and beyond to make my stay in Nice perfect. She picked me up from the airport, drove me to the apartment, explained everything, and gave me lots of great recommendations. On checkout she came by the apartment and gave me a ride to the train station. The apartment itself is lovely with a great view of the Mediterranean and a nice balcony overlooking the Promenade that I will greatly miss. The beds are comfy and the kitchen fully equipped. I highly recommend renting this flat.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this spacious apartment right across the street from the ocean. With A/C for comfort we did very well. It was a great location to explore Ville Franche, Cannes and other beach communities. We were even close enough to take a day trip to Provence. After 10 days we were incredibly well rested and ready to take on Paris. Thank you Isabelle (Bely) for the lovely vacation. We would love to do it all over again.

100%ige Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Nizza
Isabelle und ihre Wohnung in Nizza waren wunderbar. Das Apartment bietet alles was man für einen Urlaub mit Familie in Nizza braucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch bei kleineren Problemen stand Isabelle uns zur Seite. Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer ist fantastisch und die wichtigsten Dinge bekommt man gleich ums Eck! Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Vacanza sulla Promenade
L'appartamento è posizionato direttamente sulla Prom con una vista eccezionale sul mare, è molto luminoso, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort. La zona è comoda per i negozi e i mezzi pubblici. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibile e ha risolto immediatamente qualche piccolo problema c'ha abbiamo avuto con la lavatrice e la porta del bagno. Consigliato sicuramente
