Stunning views!
Loved this bright and airy apartment with stunning views of the promenade and beach. Gorgeous little balcony with a table and two chairs. It is out from the centre but a lovely walk along the front or a very quick tram ride to get there. The tram is incredibly convenient and trams are plentiful. It is busy but quietens down at night. Shops nearby too.

Lovely place - as advertised!
This place is lovely. The location is right on Promenade des Anglais facing the ocean and a pretty palm tree. I'm a woman in my 40's travelling alone and this was just perfect. It's a little far from the old town, but the train is literally next to the house. Everything looks just like the pictures, and it is SO nice to have the air conditioning in the summer. This place even has an elevator for all your baggage. Honestly, just a lovely place to spend a couple days - close to transit, grocery stores, fruit stand and local places to have a drink or coffee. Maybe it isn't what you need if you want to be close to the hustle of the port, but for me it was perfect. I'm also a light sleeper and despite the proximity to the road, it was dark and perfectly quiet at night. Really great stay! Thanks Leo and Romaine!

Schöne Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage
Kleine Wohneinheit in sehr zentraler Lage. Alle notwendigen Geschäfte sind fußläufig gut erreichbar und der Anschluss mit Bus und Bahn ist sehr gut. Man ist vom Flughafen in 15 Minuten an der Wohnung. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite ist das Meer. Für mich eine ideale Verbindung zwischen Strandurlaub und den Annehmlichkeiten einer Großstadt.

L’appartement est parfait, la vue sublime, tram et bus en dessous, l’accompagnement de Romain au top
4 jours de soleil avec un balcon à l’exposition parfaite, un immeuble avec beaucoup de charme !
