15 km from Nice and 3 from Saint Paul de Vence, in the heart of the Provencal village of La Colle sur Loup, we offer a new apartment with a surface area of 55 m².
Located on the ground floor of our house built in 2009, completely independent, this resort is an ideal starting point to discover the Côte d'Azur. It includes a bedroom (140x190 bed) with a bathroom (shower, sink, heated towel rail), an independent WC and a new fitted kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle , toaster, filter coffee maker, Senseo machine, Tassimo machine) open to a large living room. You can also take advantage of a small garden and a pétanque court to appreciate the mild climate.
We also provide you with a private parking space in front of the house entrance.

Finally, the apartment is located less than 200 meters from all amenities (bus, bank, grocery store, bakery, pharmacy ...).

Final cleaning is included at a flat rate of € 20.

Great host, great location, great property, home from home.
We had a very relaxing 2 week stay. Emmanuele gave us a great welcome. The property was spotlessly clean with everything on hand, including books, games etc.to enjoy . There is a lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Happy memories of a great time. Highly recommended.

Appartement et Jardin très agréables, au calme, totale autonomie, hôtes agréables et respectueux, Propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, même si l'accès au randonnées pédestres en moyen pays est un peu loin en voiture.

Parfaite pour un couple
Éloigné du tumulte du bord de mer, ce petit rez de jardin reste proche des nombreux sites touristiques de cette région. Rien ne manque à l’intérieur. Tout y est joli, confortable, pratique. La terrasse est un atout supplémentaire. En conclusion, nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cette location que nous recommandons vivement.

Disponibili sempre in caso di necessità. L’appartamento è esattamente corrispondente all’inserzione, pulito, curato nei dettagli e non manca nulla per trascorrere in serenità le vacanze. La posizione è strategica, da qui si possono raggiungere in breve le spiagge, i bellissimi Borghi, le località famose della Costa Azzurra. Un’esperienza positiva e ci sentiamo di consigliare ad atri vacanzieri questa location. Schöne Urlaubswoche an der Côte d’Azur
Innenausstattung war super! Sehr schön eingerichtet und wirklich alles da, was man so braucht sogar Kartoffelschäler, Ventilator, Nudeln und Hygieneartikel. Leider war Emmanuele nicht vor Ort, deshalb konnten wir nicht auf ihre Expertise zurückgreifen. Trotzdem haben wir den Park du Rives gefunden (etwas weiter die Straße runter), der im Sommer eine echte Wohltat ist. Der Bach Le Loup bietet eine erfrischende Abkühlung.

Tout était parfait le logement est très bien équipé, on s'y sent accueilli. La situation géographique est excellente, la proximité de tous commerces(100m) est très appréciable ainsi qu'un centre de village ( à pied) avec ses restaurants... Une excellente opportunité.

Erholsamer Urlaub in heller, moderner Wohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und gut ausgestattet, was in besonderem Maße für die Küche gilt. Durch die Ausrichtung zum Garten hin ist sie trotz der Nähe zur Straße ruhig gelegen. In der näheren Umgebung bieten sich zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten, zum Beispiel zu dem Bergdorf Tourette sur Loup. Ebenso gibt es kulturelle Höhepunkte: Die Fondation Maeght in St. Paul en Vence und die von Henri Matisse gestaltete Kapelle in Vence. Besonders hinweisen möchten wir noch auf die günstigen Anbindungen des ÖPNV. In drei Minuten ist die Bushaltestelle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort fahren Busse nach Nizza, Antibes, St. Paul en Vence und Vence zu sehr günstigen Tarifen.

Sehr nette Ferienwohnung für 2 Pers. mit kompletter Ausstattung (Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Seife, Geschirr, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Mülltüten usw.). Man kann einfach Ankommen und sich wohlfühlen ohne viel mitzuschleppen! Sehr nette Vermieterin die hilfsbereit ist. Empfehlenswert!

Een heerlijk ruim appartement
Een heerlijk ruim appartement voor 2 personen met een eigen parkeerplaats. Een prettige buitenruimte. De gastvrije eigenaren wonen boven en zijn zeer behulpzaam. In eerste instantie waren we bang dat we last zouden hebben van het verkeerslawaai, maar dat viel reuze mee. De opstapplaats voor de bus was om de hoek, net als een supermarkt, reuze handig.

Gute Lage um die Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Côte d'Azur zu erkunden. Gute, saubere Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Sehr netter Vermieter. Der Privatparkplatz ist ausserhalb des Tores. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke. Gute Restaurants im Dorf sind mit einem kurzen Spaziergang zu erreichen.
