We had a wonderful stay. The inn is located in between Old Historic town and the Falls. Very convenient and easy to get to. Keith and Sandra are super nice and make a very delicious breakfast.

The place was spotless, very cozy and inviting, lots of space in the loft, and very quiet. The host, Sandra, was very kind - she prepared a wonderful breakfast every morning and made sure we had what we needed for a great stay. We highly recommend staying here!

My stay at the Red Coat Bed and Breakfast was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The accommodations were cozy, clean, and charming—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of my visit, however, was the breakfast. It was absolutely incredible! Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, it was clear that a lot of care and thought went into every detail. Whether it was the perfectly brewed coffee, freshly baked pastries, or the hearty, delicious main course, everything exceeded my expectations. Everything was great! The hosts were very friendly and the property was super clean and comfortable! The house was furnished with lovely antiques, had all hardwood floors, and beautifully kept gardens! The location was quiet and midway between the falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, and near the wineries. The breakfasts were amazing with fresh fruits, scones or pastries, and a main offering of creatively made quiche, french toast baked with apples, etc. Wonderful stay for our 4 night visit!!

Perfect place to stay in Niagara!
This is a lovely B&B, in a house built in 1901! Our room was spacious and beautiful. We loved the balcony. And the breakfast was very delicious. Great location also, close to everything but on a very quiet street.
