A beautiful, French inspired home for a getaway with family and friends. Live the French lifestyle right here in Niagara-on-the-Lake! La Petite Maison is a newly renovated, exquisitely furnished, bungalow close to everything Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer from restaurants, theatre, wineries, and shopping. Prices are subject to change daily.

-2 Bedrooms – 1 Queen bed and 2 full beds
-2 Bathrooms – Soaker tub and walk-in shower ensuite and walk-in shower
-Hosts up to 4 guests (including infants and children)
-Private parking for up to 2 vehicles, EV charger
-Contactless check in
-Electric fireplace, central heating, and air conditioning
-High speed WiFi and TV with access to streaming services

There is a queen bedroom and ensuite with walk-in shower and a separate soaker tub. The second bedroom has 2 double beds. There is an additional bathroom with a walk-in shower.

All on one floor, the foyer opens to an open concept living, kitchen, dining area where friends and family can gather, sit, and relax.

The kitchen is well equipped to serve up your morning coffee and favourite recipes:

-Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started
-Stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher
-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)
-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths
-Salt and pepper

Walk one block to the local bakery and pick up a croissant or other treats to make your day extra special.

Laundry is available on site:

-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets provided

Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided.

Enjoy an evening glass of local wine on the private back deck complete with propane fire bowl. The back deck is equipped with a gas BBQ/grill. The front deck has a lovely seating area to watch people and cars pass by and enjoy the sunshine.

La Petite Maison offers an entire home for you and your guests to get away from it all yet feel right at home!

Great place for a stay in NOTL.
This location was just off the main roads so it was quiet but close enough to walk downtown if you wanted. A bakery one block away was perfect for breakfast. The house was cozy and comfortable. We had a minor issue with the electric fireplace but it was quickly resolved with a short phone call. We are looking forward to returning in the Spring.

Lovely renovated property in historic area
The property is based in the Historic Old Town area of NOTL on a fairly quiet street. There's a convenience store about 2 mins walk away which is useful. Walking into he centre of the shopping area (Queen St) takes about 10-15 minutes along quiet residential roads which have some really interesting houses. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated throughout, and includes everything you need.

This was a perfect size for our family (toddler and 6-year old) for a short stay in the Niagara area. Thirtyish minutes to the falls. Cafes and food options are a short drive or walk from the house.

The location was perfect. We were near the wineries which was the reason for our visit. This place was also near the old historic area which had a ton of shops and restaurants. The place is as described, it was clean and easy to find. We enjoyed the back patio with the fire pit in the evenings. Lovely weekend away cottage
The property was perfect for two of us for a long weekend away. Short walk to the shops and restaurants in Downtown NOTL. House was more spacious than it looked online and the decor was lovely. Would book again.

This small, older house has been beautifully renovated. It is very well-equipped and the mattresses are very comfortable. It is about a ten minute walk to the “downtown” area and the theatres through lovely neighbourhoods.

This cottage was immaculate inside with a perfect layout for a couple to enjoy a quintessential Niagara on the Lake relaxed experience. This was a great little house for my husband and I to stay for a little getaway. Beautifully decorated, lovely conveniences, and great ideas for activities to explore while we were in the region. The listing indicated that there were bikes available for use, but after searching the property for them, the property manager said they are available to rent from a nearby business.

Pleasant mini break
The house was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. We biked all around town and to the vineyards and enjoyed the quaint atmosphere of the house and the town. Already looking forward to a return trip!

The property is lovely, very nicely remodeled, and a convenient location. We especially enjoyed the time we spent on the covered patio area in the evenings with the lit fire pit, and wine poured! One small caveat is that the streaming channels from the USA do not work in Canada. It would have been nice to know that prior to being on location to possibly remedy in advance. We didn’t watch TV, but there was a football game the men would have liked to watch. That said, it would not have impacted our decision to stay at this location-overall wonderful!

Close to old town, beaches and wineries. Home was well appointed with everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Loved sitting around the propane fire in the evenings. Host was very easy to communicate with and was friendly. We would stay there again if we return to Niagara on the Lake.

Location was perfect. We enjoyed the quick 10 min walk into town. A short 30 min drive to see the Falls and attractions. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The BBQ grill was out of propane but we were able to switch it out with the fire pit propane tank with no issues. Would stay again.

Fall Getaway
We were looking for a relaxing getaway in Niagra-on-the-Lake. La Petite Maison was perfect for two couples. The accommodations were charming and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the outside seating with the fire pit. The property was in a great location for walking into old town for dining, shopping, and exploring. Highly recommend!

Exactly as advertised
Our family of 4 had a great stay at La Petite Maison for two nights. The home was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms were surprisingly large, and beds very comfortable. We really enjoyed the back deck fireplace in the evening, and our kids found the basket of games that kept them busy for hours. Great walking distance location to the main street.
