The resort and its staff are intentional about ensuring your very first impression is that you are about to have an excellent experience. They were consistent, providing excellent support at ever turn during our stay. From the initial greeting, aromatic hallways, amenities(pool, sauna…), fine dining @ LIV. Five star … A-plus. We have stayed @ Sandals resorts, this is comparable. Excellent, consistent, clean and enjoyable experience.

The property is showing its age, doors with loose knobs, plumbing fixtures that are wobbly, decor which had its golden era 50 years ago. However, the staff are amongst the most professional and friendly I have had the pleasure to meet. The whole property is immaculately clean and the kitchen and bar are first rate.

Stayed many times at white oaks and generally the experience is excellent. We were given room 148, tower building, unfortnately this was close to the exterior back entrance to the parking lot and it was often noisy with people going in and out late at night. Recommend staying on an upper floor. Also, service at the Liv for breakfast was substandard and it took quite some time to get service.
