Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and next to the Niagara Falls Outlet mall. Recommend this as your next hotel if you’re visiting the area.

Lovely place. But if you’re scent sensitive like I am. Avoid. Very perfumey hallways. Staff did their best to accommodate. But that is hard to avoid. I am asthmatic and was triggered. Convenient to outlet mall and beautiful spa. But tone down the scent please. Carpets everywhere only trap it.
