The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Great walking distance to Niagara falls and all restaurants and activities. Free breakfast can't beat that.

Overall, this property is great. It could benefit from some upgrades and a bit more attention to cleanliness. The staff is friendly and responsive to requests. Very close to cliffton hill. I would definitely stay here again. 2 adults and 2 kids
