This lovely beautiful, comfortable and spacious 2 story 2 bedroom home welcomes you to Niagara Falls, Canada! Only 7 minutes drive to the Falls, Clifton Hill, Canada One Outlets, many restaurants, and lots of other points of interest. Easy access to QEW. Free coffee, coffee mate, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. Free parking for 2 cars.

FREE: Mobile Connector is available for Tesla charging, for other EV car please bring your own Mobile Connector/adaptor

You will have access to the entire main floor and 2 guest bedrooms, except the other 2bedrooms (owner is on site) and the basement(used as storage only).

Guests must comply with house rules, please have each guest of your group read the rules. which listed in the booklet on the coffee table in living room.
Minimal noise between 9pm and 8am!

Please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors, and keep outside noise to a minimal level at any time

Food and/or drink is NOT allowed in any bedroom

This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

House is even better than pics represent
Great experience, the owner is onsite so it would be convenient if you had issues, we had none. House is larger and nicer than it appears in the photos. We were four males in our 40s down for golf and it was the perfect location to be close to golf, close to downtown.
