Welcome to your Ace Getaway in Niagara Falls. Enjoy this modern and classy house, just one block away from all the action. This is the best location in terms of proximity; 500 m from Clifton Hill & 800 m from Niagara Falls. The house is freshly renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard. Comfortable and cozy, the house is loaded with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation.

Following is our commitmnet to an enhanced cleaning protocol:
We have provided all our guests with access to our disinfectant wipes and we have antibacterial soap that is in the bathroom and kitchen sink. Our cleaners will wear appropriate protective equipment and wipe down all counters/surfaces in the house with medical grade disinfectant. Our cleaners will also be washing all sheets in a hot water cycle as usual after every booking.

Rooms are well appointed with all new beds and premium mattresses. All beds come with superior quality linens which will provide you a relaxed feel and a good nights sleep. The main floor has two queen beds, seven seater sofa in the living room, and a 3 piece bathroom. Freshly renovated basement is equipped with a queen bed and a double bed + a powder room. Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, stream videos and watch Netflix on our brand new 50 inch Samsung 4K LED Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, all new dining ware and cooking utensils. There is ample parking and the driveway can fit upto 3 cars.

***All reservations are to be accompanied by one piece of government ID after the booking is confirmed and uploaded on the message thread using the attachment icon found to the left of the message thread. This needs to be done within 24 hrs of booking. If ID isn't received, guests won't receive check in instructions. All information is kept confidential and is used for verification purposes to ensure safety and security of our home.

Will definitely be our go to spot for accommodations when my family all gets together. The common area was so spacious and we had every thing we needed to cook and serve our meals. Beds were also very comfortable.

All around great place
I would recommend this place to anyone. Those location is ideal, very close walking distance to clifton Hill and the falls, but out of the traffic. Very clean, great set up with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. Nice back patio. Manager was very responsive, very seamless. One of the best places we've stayed.

Great location
Used for a family of 5 trip to see the falls and the surrounding area, the location was perfect. It is within walking distance to the falls and all the attractions, and it was just a short drive to Niagara-on-the-Lake and the grocery store. Roomy, very thoughtful "gifts" (eine, chips, water and soda, coffee) made it very welcoming. Would only recommend bringing dish cloths and a hand towel for the downstairs bathroom. Nice hospitality and good communication with the owner. Thank you for the great stay!

Niagara Falls -Clifton Hills
The house was very clean and located within an easy walking distance to the Falls. We had 4 adults and 2 children in our party. The host left some thoughtful, nice surprises for a birthday and anniversary. It was nice having coffee and snacks available. Two of the bedrooms were in the basement. One of them was entered by walking through another. The door was noisy to that one and there was no door at all to one. I would suggest the kids stay in the basement! But, overall it was a good stay.

Close to all the Niagara Action
My family and I stayed here for a couple days over the New Years holiday with friends. The rooms were all updated and as pictured. The living space and kitchen were just what we needed and cozy. There were treats and drinks left out as a welcome gift when we arrived which the kids loved. The weather was rainy while we were there but the house was a very short drive to Clifton Hill. The house is located across from an old factory and when we first arrived we were a little nervous of the area but had no issues during our stay. The proximity to the main attractions made it all worth it.

Better than I could have imagined
I was booking a birthday stay with my friends. The host was very responsive and informative. For starters, the location was great and very close to everything. The host went so far as to put up a happy birthday banner which was such a sweet and pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and pristine, we enjoyed using the smart tv too it was very nice. Furthermore, the house was very stocked up, from board/card games in the cupboard to all the kitchen tools you’d need. Honestly probably more stocked up then my own kitchen at home lol. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation and I recommend the same to anyone. Not only met but exceeded my expectations in multiple ways. Thanks again for a great stay Jas!

First things first, Jas was a great host. Communication was prompt and comprehensive (not that we had any problems to deal with). The property is not in the most attractive of areas but it is well-maintained, spotless, and has been renovated to provide all of the modern comforts you come to expect. The location is excellent - just a short walk to Clifton Hill. Jas provided extra little touches that were much appreciated, such as delicious cookies, snack packs, water, pop, coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. There were varied toiletries, cleaning products, and anything else we may have needed but forgot to pack. A great host, a great value stay, and one we would definitely recommend and use again (there were 7 adults in our party).

Hats off to Jas, the property owner. He rocked it with the perfect home and retreat for my family vacation at the falls. Thanks for making it easy for us to access all the attractions and for the snacks, the perfect patio, the comfortable beds and responding quickly to our inquiries. I would highly recommend this property. My only concern was the lack of locks and security on the front entry door, basement door and window. A chain or something extra on the inside door while we slept would have been very reassuring. But all went well and we didnt have any disturbances. Quiet neighborhood.
