Magnificent family cottage, independent, with very large rooms and a private garden. You will enjoy natural ecological swimming in an exceptional site in the heart of the countryside!
Children can practice fishing on the second landscaped 1000m² body of water (roach, carp) ..... be careful: it bites!
Spa for 6 people (adults), shared by the 2 cottages.
The cottage is located very close to the small town of Craon. It offers all the services and shops. You will not miss its historic center. More grandiose, the open-air museum of Robert Tatin, a change of scenery guaranteed!
On the ground floor: Linen room, kitchen / living room 48m² (fireplace), separate toilet. Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 140x190 on the mezzanine and 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x190 and 1 bed 80x190), shower room, bathroom, toilet.
For your outings: the Rincerie leisure center is 8 km away: swimming, wake park (water ski lift). In Craon: aquatic complex with spa.
With a fishing license, you can go to the Usure river (300m) or the Rincerie leisure center.
The natural swimming pool (240 m²) is open from mid-April to mid-October (depending on the weather), unheated, depth 1.5m to 1.70m, width: 15m and length 15m. The swimming pool is shared with a 2nd gîte and the owner's guests. The gîte has a completely independent entrance and terrace.
2 additional people on request (total of 9 places).
Teleworking: office and WIFI accessible throughout the accommodation.
To avoid traffic jams, the owners offer you to enter the premises on Fridays.
Baby equipment on request: booster seat, travel cot, bath ring, changing mat.
Included: household linen, sheets and towels
Option: wood €60 / cubic meter (to be paid to the owner)
Supplement: geothermal heating: €15 / day (to be paid to the owner if option not subscribed, during heated periods) - animals €15 / night and per animal.
Animals must not go up in the bedrooms or on the sofas. Provide blankets for the animals. Animals accepted.
