Deluxe room is not 25 m2, is 20 m2
I booked the Deluxe Room with City Views on Hotels.com listed as 25 m2. The first room they showed me was only 20 m2. For the second room, they thought it would be a good idea to show me their superior room that was even smaller at 15 m2. For the third room, they showed me another room that was 20 m2. Finally, the 4th room they showed me was 25 m2, but it was 2 single beds, even though I booked one queen bed. After that many room changes, I did not want to make a further fuss of it, but note that whatever room size you booked, subtract about 20-25 percent and that would be your actual room size.
The beds were rock hard, and the blankets were just a thin sheet. We had to pair those thin sheets with some uncovered quilts in the closet to feel comfortable. Though, I don't know how often they clean the quilts. Unlike most hotels in Nha Trang, they don't have bathrobes in the closet. As for the bathroom, there's only one drain the bathroom located behind the toilet, so your shower water would flow underneath the glass and into the toilet area. This makes the bathroom floor near the toilet wet after you take a shower.
The location is good, but there's construction next door, so expect noise during the daytime. The walk to the beach is a few blocks so if you want to spend time on the beach or ocean, it's better to book a hotel located on Tran Phu Street, which is the seaside street.
