"Very close to the airport and though they can arrange their own taxi for pick up and drop off if you need, I was easily able to book a Grab taxi for myself from the airport to the hotel. My room was super clean and spacious. There were no issues with hot water. My room rate also included a simple but freshly made breakfast which was great! There is not much at the walking distance around the hotel but grab taxis are easily available to go anywhere you need. In short, if you need a comfortable and clean place to sleep/transit near the airport, you can rely on this hotel. "

"We had a very very good stay here for 1 night following a busy few days seeing the sights of northern Vietnam. The Moc dining dinner was one of the best meals we had in Hanoi area. Everthing made fresh for us, smoothies and coffees at breakfast were great too! Huge selection of healthy drinks. The resort is in a random location so it’s very much a place to stay on property but the spa facilities, gym, food and property provided enough to do for a relaxing 2 days. The spa treatments were all priced but much higher end and luxury facilities compared to what I have seen in Hanoi. Gym very new and has daily classes (spin, pilates). We did a sound bath meditation in the beautiful meditation hall. The staff were so helpful and friendly despite the language barrier, they made sure we had a lovely stay. "

"Hotel was convenient and close to the airport for our long layover in Hanoi. Room was large and clean. The real highlights were the pho we had for breakfast, and the kindness of the workers! We used their service to go to and from the airport which was very reasonably priced. When we arrived at the airport to leave, we realized one of our children had left their camera with all the photos from our big family vacation in the hotel room. They were so quick to respond and ran it to the airport for us for free! We were so thankful for their kindness and quick driving getting our kids precious photos back when it was definitely our mistake.
