"It was very disappointing to find that the parks Thermal hot pools are no longer available and haven’t been for the past 4 years. This is still being promoted on their own website, even though when I questioned this I was told they had taken it off. Not acceptable."

"Quiet location just out of Rotorua. Close to the Lake Rotorua. Staff were very friendly and informative. They booked events for us. Internet was difficult to get on and when we did get in we got bumped out several times. "

"Excellent experience, beginning to end. Jenna at the front desk is a gem, and a true asset to this establishment. My room reservation had somehow been cancelled, by a booking site, as you can imagine I was worried and stressed out.... I contacted the quest on Durham street directly. Jennas kind and confident phone manner, calmed me instantly ,she sorted it out quick smart. And added underground parking (which I recommend for easy transition, via lift , from car to room).
