"Loved our stay here. We traveled as a family of 8 ranging from age 7 to 75. It was off peak season though during the Christmas holidays so the hotel offered some holiday attractions despite having wound down for the off peak season. The restaurant situation was a little more limited bc of the off peak season. "

"In a wood, very quiet location. Very nice design and structure, especially the huge beautiful outdoor garden with glass roof. However, it is very badly maintained. The room is dirty, especially the bathroom is filthy. The air con doesn't work, even open the patio door at night, the cool air doesn't really cool down the room and the air is stuffy."

"None of the reception staff appeared to speak any English. Not a problem as I am fluent in Mandarin, however this did mean they took turns to act busy ignoring me because I looked foreign - only looking up from their vital tasks when admonished by the manager to "take care of that guest". Language barrier aside, they were unwilling to help with basic things like booking transport to the airport (told us it was very difficult to book them), and were unable to offer any suggestions on alternative...

"总体来说对得起这个价位，特别需要改进的是淋浴的水温，小朋友因为那天淋浴水温忽冷忽热冻着了，之后就一直咳嗽。另外因为是新酒店，房间味道很大，刺鼻，幸好只住一晚。"
