Tolle Lage, man hört im Zimmer das Meer. Abends kann man die Krabben am Strand beobachten. Personal sehr am Gast interessiert, wir wollten bei Flut ins Meer, sie haben uns nach kurzer Zeit aufgrund des gefährlichen Sogs gebeten rauszugehen. Essen und Trinken im Hotel sehr teuer und wir haben ewig gewartet. Der Pool konnte mal wieder grundgereinigt werden.

Perfect location on a clean and wonderful beach in a a beautiful garden. Very nive restaurant and beach bar.our little house was very beautiful only the jacuzzi looked very old and shabby. We didn't dare to use it.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal , welches kleine Unzulänglichkeiten mit einem Lächeln vergessen lässt. Gute Küche, sehr schöne Anlage, die gut unterhalten ist und viele Liegen am Strand.Effizientes front desk , insgesamt ein Hotel welches einen reellen Gegenwert für das Geld bietet. Ein Mangel für uns war das sehr harte Bett (wahrscheinlich Sprungfedern). Dies mögen andere Gäste evtl. anders beurteilen

Beach location is ideal. Hotel grounds are beautiful, and well maintained. Our cottage was lovely, only downside was bed was hard and uncomfortable - would recommend pillow top on mattress. Buffet breakfast was decent- although the same items everyday. Happy hour had some interesting cocktail choices, but bogo was a nice offer. Overall food options were good, a bit pricey.The only issue was sometimes food would be cold by the time it reached us. The Sat night BBQ was good, but $30 a head adds up for a family of 4.

サービスはいいのだけれど・・・
チェックイン時にお願いしておいたエキストラベッドが入っていなく，ちょっと連絡不徹底な感じがした。 ルームキーパーが来て作業している時，換気もかねてなのだろうが扉を開けっぱなしで作業している。 そのため，部屋に戻ってくると蚊だらけになっていて，何カ所もさされる羽目になった。 フロントに伝えると部屋の殺虫作業をしてくれるのだが，やはり扉を開けて行うので，やっぱり蚊は残っていた。 時期的にも蚊は多いので，虫よけなどの対策をこちらもする必要があると思う。 それ以外については満点。 とても快適に加護すことができた。 ホテル内の食事はちょっと高めなので，周辺のレストランに行けばホテルの３分の１位の価格で食事ができる。

More like a tired resort in Phuket or Bali
I really don’t understand about the quite high ratings on this resort. I think the room rate of $250 plus doesn’t really justify. The facilities and room were already showing some signs of age. The pool was not usable due to the strange layout and non heated. All rooms are located close each other so less privacy. Water pressure was weak in shower and no hot water sometimes. Wifi didn’t work in the room so I consistently had to go to the lobby for better reception. Cheesy beach bar and restaurant. Only good things there were quality of breakfast and one nice helpful lady receptionist.
