Cozy and magnificent vacation home, renovated in 2019, on beautiful natural plot near the child-friendly beach of Balka.

The house shines in fresh splendor and inviting appearance. Great comfort spreads in the living room, which is in open connection with the kitchen. On cooler days you can fire up the stove. In addition to the two cozy bedrooms, there is a large annex with a bedroom with two single beds as well as a refrigerator and a bathroom with sauna and spa. On the property there is also another small annex with two single beds, so there are plenty of possibilities to accommodate spontaneous visitors or friends separately.

Sit out in the fresh air with a book or a cool drink on one of the wooden terraces and spend your vacation time just the way you like it. Lounge furniture and a barbecue are available.

You will stay in the popular area near Balka and reach the child-friendly beach and a summer cafe in just a few minutes. You can have a delicious ice cream at the small harbor. You are also not far from the charming Nexø. It is highly recommended to take a trip to cozy Svaneke with its fine stores, restaurants and more.
