She said she would have to reach out to the extensive housekeeping team and made it seem like quite an imposition. I waited for 10 minutes and she never approached me with an answer. "We stayed here to weather the storm with the power being out at home. Could not be more impressed with the accommodation here. We expected from the two star rating that it would be basic but all the fixtures and fittings were of a good quality and generally it was a pleasure to stay here. Decided to book again the next night it went so well. "
