"We had a great stay in this beautiful barn conversion. The location is gorgeous and super convenient to the M4. House is tastefully decorated with great spaces, wonderful light & a big garden/patio as well. We were glad to find a place that had plenty of room and appropriate beds for 8 adults. "We had a lovely stay with friends and went to Newbury Races which was a couple of stops on the train which is a 5/10 minute walk from the cottage The cottage was very nice 2bedrooms the smaller on is a bit small but fine for a few nights The kitchen is well equipped in fact the only down side was the shower which was very low pressure and the temperature kept changing so you had to jump in and out otherwise it was wonderful and we would use it again if staying in the area "

"Overall this is a great property. Very secluded but near to main roads and easy access to amenities. There are however a few things that would have made a vast improvement to the property considering the cost to rent. The sitting room could do with more and better seating. Considering this is for 4 people, 2 small sofas is not sufficient for evening comfort especially considering the dining area can accommodate 8 people. "Stayed for 2 nights. Everything was great! Ricky is very caring and friendly - shared a couple of local places that were really good. Appliances, furniture and heating are spotless! Especially mattress! Definitely will stay again! Thanks!"
