"Firstly, the staff are amazing here. The food was also very good with an excellent cooked breakfast along with a great selection of pastries etc. The bar area is very welcoming and the hotel in general is a big favourite of mine whenever I visit Lyme Regis. The view from my room was stunning with the sun rising over the Dorset coast in the morning.I highly recommend."

"We went away with our grandson for two nights. Our family room was fantastic!! Very roomy, great bathroom with bath and a shower and a balcony. We also took our dog and he was allowed to go in all areas. The grounds are beautiful and relaxing. Swimming pool was really nice, the hotel has spent some money in refurbishing certain areas. "

Our party of three adults asked for permission to use the common lounge area to meet up with two other friends and it was no problem. We didn’t ask, but they supplied us with wine and beer glasses as well as plates to share our nibbles.
