"This AKA location is newly remodeled within the past year. I had stayed here previously. It is a great location and convenient to Back Bay, Boston Common, and other Boston neighborhoods. Service is very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant has good food at typical hotel restaurant prices. Gym is quite small but has new equipment, and AKA guests have use of nearby Equinox health club that is fantastic. Common areas of the lobby are OK, but not very community-like (no bustling hotel lobby like some places). Recommended for people that want a nice quiet hotel with friendly service. "

"Had a quick stay during the Marathon- close to Trader Joe's and close to some good transportation. Staff was excellent. A good choice in an albeit expensive city during an expensive time! Would recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Wonderful patisserie on the first floor with great coffee too. Hotel charged me $75 to check in early which was annoying but worth it. Don't bother eating at the hotel restaurants. They're overpriced and you're so close to other great food including a hop skip and a jump from China town! "
