"We loved our 3 week stay at this delightful cottage. It was extremely comfortable, with a well equiped kitchen to self cater and a super co-op just minutes walk away. The large smart TV was also a bonus as we were there during Wimbledom and the start of the Olympics.We loved the village and all the wonderful walks that were available to us right from the front door. Killearn is also extremely well located to so many attractions making it easy to venture out on half day or day trips. Ken was a...

"After a long trip from Australia, this property was just the place to recover from jet lag. Its position was great for us as it is near the family we are here to see. It is also within easy walking range to the Westend and the Botanic Gdns. Comfortably furnished and well equipped. We are booking in again."

"This was a wonderful place to meet up with family and stay. It is surrounded by sheep and cows. Beautiful grounds. The house was cozy with lots of windows with great views. We cooked with family and had everything we needed. I could have stayed longer. I truly enjoyed it here. It is close to many sites. It is also a great place for. Down day. Quiet and relaxing. "My family of five had a wonderful stay at this house. The host had everything we needed at the house. It was extremely clean and very welcoming. The host was available for resources during our stay. Also had suggestions for traveling. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again. "

"There was a Christmas tree and decorations which made the house feel quite festive. The house was very comfortable and warm with plenty of space for the family of 5 adults and a dog. The facilities were a bit mixed - The living room tv was not working but this was sorted quite quickly. The kitchen is great to cook in but could do with another fridge or wine cooler as only a standard under worktop one provided. Not quite enough for lots of food and drinks. "We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Perfect location for catching the train to Edinburgh and a quick drive to Stirling. Our host was quick to respond to a very minor issue that was rectified the same day. The cottage is on a beautiful property, loved watching the cows walk by the fence line. We would love to return!"

"This was such a unique property to stay in for our vacation. It was a perfect location to serve as a home base from which we were able to make our daily sight seeing trips. The castle provided such a memorable experience that we will remember it for a very long time. Didn't mind the low doorways or many steep narrow steps. All part of the experience. Would certainly stay here again the next time we are in the country for a visit."

"The cottage is in a great location for visiting Loch Lomond, Stirling and Glasgow, all of which are less than half an hour away. Good restaurants and shops are close by. The cottage is cosy and warm and has very comfortable beds. The garden is dog friendly and the cottage has a private drive with plenty of space for at least 2 cars. The kitchen has adequate equipment but a microwave and a few more cups and bowls etc. wouldn't go amiss. We would definitely stay here again if visiting this...

"Loved this hotel. Very close to everything including public transport, food and cine very venue. Only thing was that me and my group like sleeping warm and the heater would turn off causing us to get really cold but we bundled in layers which helped. "
