The Space:
Following recent reviews, we're pleased to say that the water pressure issues have now been resolved.
Having been recently renovated throughout, this beautiful farmhouse oozes style and comfort. Spacious rooms are flooded with light, thanks to the crisp white walls, large double doors and skylights.
The kitchen is certainly the heart of the home, with exposed wooden beams that contrast seamlessly with the electric blue cabinets and white countertops. Plus rustle up delicious feasts on the new range master with 5-ring induction and 2 ovens. Its sociable open-plan layout allows you to enjoy a relaxing morning coffee basking in the sun from the comfort of the sofa. Whilst next door, a cosy living room is the ideal base to settle in for the night. When the weather turns, get the wood burner going and watch films on the Smart TV. If board games are more your thing, help yourself to those on the bookshelf.
Upstairs, there are four well-sized bedrooms all as homely as the next. Each has pretty views out over the garden and surrounding hills - making morning lie-ins that extra special. The spacious king-size master bedroom is complete with a reading armchair and bean bag, alongside fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. You'll also find an additional king-size bedroom, triple bunk room and twin room along the hallway. Meanwhile, downstairs there is an extra snug room with a double sofa bed. This room also has a dedicated desk space and high-speed internet is available, so it is well set up for home working. As well as the downstairs WC and master en-suite, find a contemporary family bathroom and shower room.

Getting Around:
Due to the remote nature of Dartmoor, we would recommend bringing a car for your stay. There is ample private parking for up to 5 vehicles. For those that come without a vehicle, the nearest train station is in Totnes which is around a 15 minute drive away. Taxis are available in Totnes and there are fairly frequent bus routes traversing the local area.
Other Things to Note:
A maximum of 2 dogs are welcome on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms, not left inside the property unattended, and dog mess in the garden is cleaned up. There is an additional fee of £20/dog. Our garden is enclosed but not entirely secure, we recommend keeping an eye on dogs whilst in the garden.
Please note, the 5th bedroom is the snug downstairs with sofa bed.
