Welcome to Belvedere Edge, your self-catering holiday escape in beautiful Devonshire countryside, just a short drive from the seaside. This lodge combines modern comfort with nature's beauty.

Deck with a wooden patio table and chairs—ideal for morning coffee with a view.

**HOT-TUB** Six-seat tub with 33 hydrotherapy jets on the lodge deck, shielded for privacy.

**LOUNGE** Cozy lounge with an electric fireplace. Large Smart TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi.

**DINING AREA** Comfortable dining area with a big wooden table and chairs.

**KITCHEN** Stylish, fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

**MASTER BEDROOM** Luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe, and en-suite shower room.

**On-site Waterpark & Gym**
The on-site ‘Finlake Falls’ Waterpark is a haven of water fun. With exciting slides, a dedicated splash zone for toddlers and a spacious pool area, it's perfect for both thrill-seekers and those looking to relax. Enjoy family-friendly activities and the natural beauty of the resort, making it a simple yet delightful aquatic getaway. Please note that additional fees apply for access to the Waterpark.

Guest access

Access to Waterpark, Gym and Spa have to be purchased and paid for separately. We can facilitate the purchase.
Other things to note

**PET FRIENDLY :** Lodge is pet-friendly (extra cost of £40/dog). Please bring towels to clean pets paws upon entering the lodge.

FAMILY FRIENDLY – upon request we can provide one highchair and one travel cot. Bedding is not provided for the travel cot.

NO SMOKING - no smoking in the lodge.

**Early Check-In and/or Late Check-:** Out may be available for purchase separately (£35).

Swimming Pool/Gym passes are not included in the price. However, we can pre-order the passes for the guests at a heavily discounted price. Guests will need to collect them from the swimming pool reception and pay upon arrival.
