On the ground floor there’s an amply sized kitchen with breakfast table that comes fully kitted out for home cooking. The separate lounge / diner features a big bay window, sofas and a TV, as well as a fireplace for keeping things cosy and warm during the cooler months. Outside, the tiered back garden is the perfect place for lazing in the sunshine, and includes a decked patio area which is furnished with a table, chairs, and BBQ for outdoor entertaining. The garden is fully enclosed so guests with four legged members of the family in tow can have peace of mind when they’re let outside to stretch their legs.
Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
