Great access down steps and onto the beach (325 yds); renowned for its excellent surfing. Non residents are welcome at the 5 star hotels closeby. Outdoors: Small enclosed garden area with countryside views, garden furniture, external tap suitable for washing wetsuits. Access to garage for storage of boots, coats and equipment, accessed via garage door to the front and also from the first floor inside the property. Shed with selection of toys, windbreak and bucket barbecue.
Parking: Off-road private parking for two cars. 
Family facilities: Cot and high chair are available, please request when booking.
General:  WiFi included, gas and electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h./hot water, coal effect electric fire in lounge.
