Completely refurbished and designed with practicality and comfort in mind. The Beehive has its own equipped kitchen with an integrated fridge and freezer compartment, electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. The master king sized eve bed and sofa bed (mattress topper also provided) is the perfect spot to lay your head after a busy day visiting all of Newquays attractions. The bathroom with shower has a beautiful clean and fresh design. *Please note that the sofa bed is only suitable for one adult or two children; it is not big enough to sleep 2 adults.

Located in a quiet popular Newquay suburb, a five minute walk takes you to Newquay Zoo (listen out and you can hear the lions roar in The beehive), the skate and trampoline park and Waterworld leisure centre with swimming pools and slides. A short stroll of 10 minutes will find you overlooking Tolcarne and great western beaches and at the edge of the town centre.

If you are looking for a peaceful walk, head in the same direction and under the viaduct to the boating lake and towards the River Gannel, you can even stop at the Lakeside Cafe for a bite to eat. Only 10 minutes away from the miles of South West Coastal paths.

The beehive is perfect for 2 persons or a small family. For insurance purposes we are unable to accept groups of any description or couples under 25 and will not be able to confirm your booking. There is one step to access the property, once inside the beehive is on a single level.

Boardmasters stay
Good base to support our daughter attending the festival and attend ourselves a couple of days. Well thought out space. Didn’t bring dog in end and was good call as couldn’t have been left alone for long plus the accommodation is integral to the family home so may have been barking when heard noise.

Excellent apartment. Only one niggle and that was someone had turned off heating but we eventually found how to turn it on. Left message to Holiday Lettings but didn't get reply. Apart from that we would definitely recommend it as everything was spot on

My sister and I stayed for a week . Great use of space in the studio. We had king size bed plus double sofa bed. All home comforts , contemporary fittings and fixtures. Set in a residential area so it is very restful and just a 7 minute walk into the town. Will recommend to family and friends .

This property is beautifully put together and the owners have equipped it well. Very comfortable and finished to a high standard. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything you need.
