This modern flat with stunning views overlooking Fistral Beach is perfectly situated for enjoying a trip to the UKs surfing capital. Sleeps up to 6 guests with 2 king size rooms and one twin room.
The Space:
One of the king rooms has an ensuite bathroom plus there is a second large family bathroom with shower/bath. The open plan kitchen, dining & living area is well-equipped with everything you should need for your stay, including a smart TV with collection of DVDs, all the regular kitchen appliances, including Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. Sliding doors open out onto a spacious glass front balcony with seating. An idyllic spot for relaxing after long days at the beach while enjoying views over Fistral and beyond...
Free gated parking for one vehicle. Dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms. Any questions, please get in touch!
CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION
The property is cleaned professionally to a high standard in between each booking, so you can book with confidence that we are doing everything possible to make sure the property is sanitised. It is also self-check in via lockbox so no contact is required for access.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole flat.
The Neighborhood:
The flat is set in a gated development just a couple of minutes walk from Fistral Beach. It is surrounded by a wide selection of cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, plus there are many more to be found in the town centre around 10-15 minutes walk away.
Getting Around:
Newquay has some of the best travel connections anywhere in Cornwall. Trains operated by Great Western Railway run all the way from London Paddington directly into the centre of town. The station is then about 10 minutes drive from the flat and there are taxis available outside. Alternatively, it is a pleasant 30 minute walk with the beach and sea alongside you most of the way!
Additionally, Newquay also has an international airport which is around 20 minutes drive. You can either get a taxi here or rent a car for the rest of your trip. If you do decide to rent a vehicle, or you drive to the flat, we provide free private parking for one vehicle. If you have a second vehicle there are numerous long stay car parks close by e.g. Pentire Headland Car Park (from 1st April – 31st October it is £8.20 for 24 hours or £48.46 for a week. 1st Nov – 31st March there is no parking fee).
Other Things to Note:
The flat is all one one level and situated on the first floor with lift access, so is accessible for wheelchairs. Guests with children should be aware there is a balcony.
