Laid back luxury with sea views to boot; this sleek town house is exactly where you'll want to set up base for soaking up the beachy lifestyle that Newquay seems to effortlessly pour out by the bucket-load on its visitors.

Set within walking distance of Fistral Beach, 1 Quay Court is airy, bright and tastefully furnished, where a private roof terrace and a bedroom-balcony showcase lovely views over the bay and out to sea, and four generously sized bedrooms as well as three bathrooms mean plenty of space for a large group of friends or family.

Combining contemporary living with a great location

We ask our guests for a £400 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
