NOW TAKING BOOKIMGS FOR 2025 Located in the iconic Ocean Gate development, number 24 is located only a two minute stroll from the world renowned surfing beach – Fistral, and around a ten minute walk into the vibrant town centre.

The stunning apartment has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area leading out onto its own private balcony with outstanding views across Fistral Beach and Newquay Golf Course. The master super king sized bedroom has its own modern ensuite bathroom with shower and television, it also has the option to be turned into a twin bedroom. The second bedroom can either be be made as two single beds or a super king sized bed giving you flexible sleeping arrangements. Both bedrooms have wall mounted tvs. There is a large sofa bed in the lounge area. The property has a family bathroom with bath. There is a utility room with washer/dryer to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Wifi, linen and towels are all included.

Access to the large communal roof terrace is the perfect spot for watching the sunset over Fistral Beach.

This apartment is perfect for families and couples aged 25 plus looking for accommodation in the ultimate ocean front location. We are unable to accept groups or singles in number 24 for insurance purposes.

If you are wanting to bring your furry friends with you, a maximum of 2 well behaved dogs are welcome to stay here. All we ask is that they are not left in the property on their own and you bring their own beds and blankets to keep them nice and comfy! Travel cot and highchair available - please advise at the time of booking.

Great location & layout. Parking was awesome - more than enough room for a large car (several vans were also parked there - so no worry). Property was lovely, we’d stay again.
