Modern Apartment with Breathtaking Views of Fistral Beach, Newquay

Escape to the coast in this modern and well-equipped 2 bedroom apartment with spectacular views of Fistral Bay. A perfect place for kicking back, relaxing and enjoying everything that Newquay and the rugged coast of North Cornwall has to offer.

With just a 5 minute walk to the iconic Fistral surf beach, home to the International Surf Centre featuring a range of shops, restaurants and surf schools, there is plenty to keep you busy. The lively resort centre of Newquay is just 15 - 20 minutes walk away with many other beautiful places to walk nearby including the Pentire Headland, Crantock Beach (by ferry) and the Gannel Estuary.

The apartment is perfect for a relaxing escape combining a bright and airy feel with cosy and comfortable furnishings. From the lounge a set of french windows open to a juliet balcony giving spectacular views of the whole length of Fistral beach from the two comfy double sofas.

The Kitchen is well equipped for self catering with a full range of crockery, cutlery, cook ware and equipment, hob and double oven, microwave, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer drier, iron and ironing board and a extendable table with 5 chairs

The living area, is perfect for chilling, a 40" Smart TV, DVD player and Wii with a selection of games can be found with unlimited broadband Wifi .

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a 32" smart TV

The second bedroom is spacious with two single beds and a truckle bed, a large cupboard, bedside tables, dressing table and 32" Smart TV

The main bathroom is large with a full size bath and over bath shower.

The entrance hall has plenty of space for hanging coats and shoes and a large storage cupboard. where foldable beach / picnic chairs can be found for your use.

Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Guests can also utilise the gardens outside for picnics, BBQs and just taking some time to relax, again with stunning views of the beach.

A parking space is available for use by guests of the property.

Gas central heating for the cooler months......

There is a travel cot and high chair for our younger guests.

Beach equipment can also be found at the property for your enjoyment.

Very Pretty Area/Nice Apartment
This is a very clean property quite near 5 beaches. Reasonable rates. Only drawback was hard, hard mattresses and not very few towels--glad we brought extras.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Perfect location to explore Newquay and the local area and of course to watch all the surfers on Fistral Beach! The apartment was spotless when we arrived and the milk that was in the fridge was a magical touch for that important cup of tea after a 8 hour journey! We had everything we could possibly need for ourselves and our little boy. The Wii certainly went down very well too! Thank you so much for letting us stay. We really hope to come back one day! 😁

Newquay er et nydelig sted
Var akkurat som forventet. Barn og voksene hadde det kjempe fint. Leiligheten hadde alt man trengte, og bra beliggenhet. Kommer definitivt tilbake til Newquay, fantastisk sted - masse å finne på!

Cornwall kennen lernen
Wir haben wunderschöne Urlaubstage dort verbracht und uns in der Ferienwohnung absolut wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Der Eigentümer hat sich regelmäßig gemeldet und sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden bzw. ob etwas fehlt etc. erkundigt. Sie liegt etwas abseits vom Ort Newquay und dem fantastischen Strand aber beides ist immer noch zu Fuß zu erreichen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von der Zeit her gut mit dem Auto anzufahren. Hat alles gepasst!!!

Location of apartment was perfect for us as often go to Fistral beach. Quiet area, allocated parking & apartment was perfect. Very clean, plenty of room for us 2 adults & 2 children. Had everything you needed like being at home. The view was a big hit lovely waking up to see the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Sehr gut gelegen
Alles hat gut geklappt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Unser jüngster Sohn hat gern mit der Wii gespielt. (Besser al bei Wartezeiten zu nerven.) Fistral Beach hat schöne Wellen. Spaß für die ganze Familie. Bei Ebbe sehr interessant ist der River Gannel. Auch sehr gut für Ausflüge geeignet, da gute Anbindung an das Straßennetz. (Kein Stau wie in der Innenstadt.) Liegt ungefähr in der Mitte zu Tintagel, St. Ives, Lands End, Kynance Cove, Eden Project. Auch Dartmoore ist gut zu erreichen.

Perfect place Perfect comfortable apartment with a great view and use of gardens bonus with the parking too. Just gave it a 4 for cleanliness kitchen just needs a deep clean got greasy tiles and sticky kitchen table it could do with a pvc tablecloth over it.

Minutes from a surfers paradise in aPeaceful location with a nice view.
Good quiet, safe location overall, with a view of Fistral beach. Ideal base for Surfers. As a non surfer it was still nice to watch the waves breaking on the beach and see the surfers have fun from our lounge area. Short sandy trail/walk to the nearest bar and restaurants including Rick Steins chippy(cheaper than expected) plus an awesome special Fish restaurant! Walk further by road or trail path into the busier town center with lots more bars, restaurants and shops. Good roads to get to other attractions in Cornwall.
