4 Fistral Beach is a luxury apartment with panoramic views over the much revered Fistral Beach. It comfortably sleeps five and is available to rent throughout the year.
It is one of only seven apartments in an exclusive development. Parking is an allocated space in the apartment forecourt. There is lift access to the first floor and internally the apartment is wheelchair accessible.
There is a lounge/diner and fully fitted and appointed kitchen leading to a private balcony through the bi-fold doors. You may dine al fresco, or just watch the surf and the sunset with a glass of fizz!
There are smart enabled TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms. This coupled with fast fibre broadband (150Mb/s) means that you don't have to go without your home comforts. We also have a Sonos sound system, which allows you to stream of a vast amount of music via Spotify etc using your mobile device with the Sonos app.
The master bedroom has it's own spacious en-suite shower room, whilst both bedrooms have access to the family bathroom fitted with a bath and shower (over).
There are wooden floors in the main apartment, tiles in the bathrooms and carpets in the bedrooms. Hot water is on demand and underfloor heating.
There is also a high chair and travel cot available.
There is a rear patio area with clothes line, and an external shower and surf locker with use of body boards, buckets and spades etc included. Linen and towels included but guests should provide their own beach towels.
It is within a 5 minute walk of the renowned Newquay Golf Club.
At the end of Fistral beach is the Fistral Stable and Rick Stein's Restaurant.
You are within walking distance of the well-known Headland Hotel, and Lewinnick Lodge, both renowned for location, atmosphere and great food. Slightly further afield there is the beach restaurant at Lusty Glaze and Jamie Oliver's Fifteen at Watergate Bay.
Newquay town centre is 20 minutes walk away, with a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. The harbour is also close by, with fishing trips and the Newquay seals to be seen.
Let's not forget the Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo.
